I wanted to relax but also wanted my children to have a great time. This is exactly what I got and I was very pleased. The staff was extremely friendly and very helpful. The room was spacious and very luxurious. I would have preferred a clean room at least at noon. I felt that the room was cleaned too late in the day especially since my children needed a nap in the afternoons. The room was cleaned at 15h00 which is too late in my opinion. I requested for the same at reception, but the next day the room was cleaned at the same time. The meals were very expensive. I saw at least one lady topless at the pool which I did not approve of. C`etait degoutant! |

Nice pool area and closeness to beach. Spacious and clean rooms. Good breakfast and nice garden area. Noise from neighbour rooms and airplanes. Spa should be included in price. |

Tengo spg-gold y no ha servido para nada. Poco personal en desayunos y cenas. Buenos profesionales, pero es todo muy lento y se te quitan las ganas de comer. Desayuno con muy poca calidad de productos. No es un cinco estrellas gl en bastantes aspectos. |

Lo más espectacular es el trato del personal. Muy atentos con todo y con muchos detalles singulares. El buffet es tal vez el punto más débil |

La habitación era espectacular y la limpieza exquisita siempre. La nula información sobre excursiones o sobre la isla. Servicios externos contratados para este tema muy deficientes. |

Os quartos são muito espaçosos, a cama muito confortável, a piscina muito grande e agradável, mesmo junto à praia. Os restaurantes do hotel são muito caros, e não há animação à noite. |

Las instalaciones son fabulosas, el hotel es nuevo. Habitaciones amplias y bien acondicionadas. Muy buena ubicación Si, el personal es escaso, fallos en la reserva y recepción ( no atendieron a las observacoiones en la reserva, nos hicieron cargar con las maletas hasta la habitación, muy lejos de la recepción), fallos en el servicio de comidas en habitaciones, en definitiva un gran hotel pero con fallos de servicio impropios de un hotel este tipo y este precio. |

Cadre agréable, avec une belle luminosité, propreté de l'établissement, amabilité du personnel, choix au petit déjeuner (merci notamment pour le lait de soja, que l'on trouve rarement dans les hôtels), grand confort de la chambre deluxe avec sa terrasse, qualité du spa |

Architecture très réussie, aussi bien chambre (catégorie sup,) que l'hôtel et les jardins.Propreté impeccable. Personnel très prévenant, petits déjeuners excellents. pratique car proche aéroport, mais le bruit des avions (pas trop fréquents) ne nous a pas semblé trop gênant. |

素晴らしい気候とホテル環境でのんびり８日間を過ごせた。子供用施設やイベントが充実している。また行きた- いホテル。 屋外プールサイドのタオルがしばしば不足していて不便した。屋内プールは高額なスパ料金を払わないと利用で- きない。大きな問題ではないが、フロントを通じて予約したレンタカーやゴルフに若干の不手際があった。 |
