The friendliness of the staff especially at reception and in the dining room. The front of the hotel didn't look very inviting but once inside all doubts subsided. As they say, don't judge a book by its cover. |

hotel does not look great outside but the rooms are quite well decorated and furnished only there one night,no problems to speak of |

Hotel perto da estação de comboios. Quart amplo e agradável. Hotel afastado da parte velha da cidade ( onde está a parte histórica). Existem autocarros para o centro da cidade - baixa - mas de 30 em 30 minutos e nesta época a carreira termina às 22 horas. |

Tiene buena ubicación, cerca de la estación y del centro Las habitaciones son muy pequeñas. Para el precio de la habitación deberían tener internet gratis y televisiones un poco mas grandes. |

la pulizia delle camere, la gentilezza dello staff. la privacy è pari a 0: si sente pure se il vicino di camera riceve un sms o si gira nel letto!il bagno, che una volta ho trovato molto moderno, la volta dopo(altra camera) datato, era così piccolo che riuscivo appena ad aprire la porta.però molto pulito! |

La amabilidad de la recepción, daba sensación de familiar Se oia mucho los pasillos pero no me senti incomoda. Reservé pensando que estaba ubicado en la parte vieja, casas colgantes |

que esta bien situado el ruido, es extremadamente ruidoso, parecen paredes de papel y la limpieza se puede mejorar mucho. La primera señora que nos atendio nada mas llegar era algo desagradable, no nos quiso dar habitacion de matrimonio y el hotel no estaba lleno, a todo ponía pegas. Menos mal que luego habia mas personal en recepcion, y eran bastante agradables. |

La camara era muy comoda y la habitación no tenía ruidos. Idoneo para descansar despues de un día de turismo por la ciudad. El aire acondicionado no se podía regular y hacía bastante calor. Debería de regularse en cada habitación segun el huesped. |
