The friendly, helpful nature of the manager. The convenience of the location for the sights of Granada. I would have liked hot drink-making facilities in the roomm particularly as the cafe/bar of the hotel was very smoky. Wi-fi good on the ground floor but not working in the room. |

Airport bus stops right ouside. Cafe attached. Walk to shops, bars cafes etc. Quiet clean room. Super shower. English speaking staff, very helpful. 24 hour access.Reasonable price. |

The father was very helpful, as was the son. The mother seemed less happy. For the location, price and facilities were excellent. Not a criticism, but we were not aware that booking a room did not automatically include parking reservation at the hotel. The website needs to include provision for this. There is a nearby large underground public car park at €18 per day. However you do not know where you emerge and getting back to the hotel then needs thinking about! |

Hotel good location but very noisey from the main street. We stayed on a saturday night and did not sleep very well. The air conditioning was not available for heating nor in the Bathroom although it was neeeded |

Location was excellent just a short walk to all major site seeing locations. Gentleman on reception was excellent. Cafe breakfast suited our needs perfectley. Parking at Hotel not available tp pre book thus had to use public parking. |

Extremely helpfull owner, could not have done more for us e.g. taking bus to airport for 6 euros as against 30 for taxi- location excellent - would definitely stay again and reccomend it to my friends |

The location was ideal as a base to visit the city within easy reach of historic attractions. No integral carpark and on arrival receptionist spoke no english. |

The location is excellent for a short break, close to all attractions. The hotel is clean, recently refurbished and the owner and staff are very pleasant and helpful. The benefit of car parking is an added bonus. I would certainly stay here again. |

The location was close to the city center and was right across the street from the bus to the airport. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. The A/C in our room was right above the bed so it was uncomfortable to have the air blowing right on our heads. |

Great personal service, excellent location, very clean, competitive price Would be good to have wifi available in the rooms. It was stated on the web-site that wifi was available throughout the hotel (is often done) - that is not correct. |

Excellent hotel, very clean, newly renovated with friendly staff.Rooms quiet as soundproofed. Staff spoke excellent english. Breakfast can be purchased at the adjoining cafe for about 3 euro for a coffee and a croissant- very good value. no fridge in the room |

The hotel staff was the best out of all the 6 hotels we stayed at during our vacation in Spain. They were very friendly and helpful. They knew enough English to help us get to where we wanted to go and went out of the way to tell us about there being a supermarket and a place to get onto the computer nearby. |

Fantastic room. Very up to date appliances. Excellent air conditioning. Fantastic staff at front desk. Close to the Alhambra means about a 10 or so minute walk. From the other reviews I was expecting it to be closer. But there are not other nice hotels that are closer to the Alhambra than in this general area (that we saw). Had a nice tapas dinner at the unique Bodegas Castaneda. Would suggest for a beer, port wine or their great tapas. |
