Customer service from all staff on the reception desk was outstanding (unheard of in Spain!) they all spoke very good english and were pleased to help with all our questions regarding places of interest, buses etc. Their help made our stay all the more enjoyable. The room was welcoming, spotlessly clean and modern with bath, shower, TV and a mini bar and a slight view of the Sierra Nevada from the room. It was well heated with controls in the room for us to adjust as in the evening the temperature dropped when the sun went down. The hotel car park was spacious and secure so much so that we left our car there from the moment we arrived and used the No:33 bus to the city which took 10 minutes and cost just 1.20 each. |

The staff were very friendly and helpfull. Price performance excellent. Good parking for our car. Breakfast very good. Everythings worked in the hotel in Spain an exception. One needs a bus or taxi to go to town. For us no problem. |

This hotel has only just reopened after a complete refit. The hotel was very clean, however, the hotel restaurant had a very limited choice for dinner. What choice there was, was restricted further as some options were not available. The staff in the restaurant were rude, although those at reception were better. The fixtures and fittings in the bathroom of our room were fallimng apart, we had to ask maintenance to fix it. |

Wait a long time till we got the room. Ask for no smoking room and got a smoking room with terrible smell! Poor breakfast. Far from the city. |

The hotel is near the road to sierra nevada so you can go up without morning trafic problems and you can visit the city center at night. The recepcionist that checked us in was not very kind and didn't give us the right information. For instance she didn't tell us to bring the parking card to the reception for them to validate the card so we had to pay the public parking prices which are much higher than the daily 9 euros. Other issue was the wireless internet. It didn't work properly and I had to go every day to the city center to see my email. The justifications or alternatives that the reception gave were null or not satisfying. |

Ideally situated for skiing in Sierra Nevada and also visiting The Alhambra The charge for the swimming pool could be cheaper and the restaurant lacking atmosphere and a little pricey. |

The room was spacious, comfortable and friendly. The staff were very helpful. Even though the hotel is located outside the city centre there is a bus that runs frequently till late at night and it takes only 10 minutes to get to the town centre. Bus transport to the airport is easy, cheap and takes 45 minutes |

The rooms were very clean and modern and large by european standards. Very convenient to access by car but less so by public transport. Very highly recommended as a good quality hotel at a reasonable price. |

All the staff at the hotel were very welcoming and were happy to help us with any requests, particularly regarding the area. The hotel was very easy to find by following the signs for the Alhambra around the city ring road. The rooms were very clean and comfortable a little noisy from the traffic early evening but quiet later. All in all a very good hotel at a very reasonable price! |
