Friendly helpful staff giving a professional service. They provided local information and were very accommodating. Good breakfast and value for money hotel. Would definitely use this hotel again and recommend it to others. |

We like especially the fresh beverages available when we arrived. the map of the town, offered by the 4 stars hotels, is very nice ...but not usefull. |

Very comfortable hotel. Very modern and international standard. Excellent special rate for late booking. Very convenient for El Corte Ingles and other shops. Nothing very Spanish about the hotel! |

Excellent hotel for the price, friendly helpfull staff, nice big rooms, big comfy bed, 10 min stroll to town centre, parked in street 1 block from hotel, had breakfast in cafe accross the road. Would stay again. |

habitación amplia, excelente ubicación, cerca de centro histórico, al lado de zona comercial me dijeron que la habitación podía abandonarla a las 13:00 del día siguiente (algo de agradecer) pero a partir de las 10:00 de la mañana empezaron ruidos, golpes, aspiradores funcionado y es que las habitaciones contiguas estaban siendo preparadas, con lo cual se acabó el descanso. |

Amabilidad de las recepcionistas y situación. Internet por cable en las plantas a las que no llega la wifi. El edredón necesita una buena limpieza. El "teléfono" de la ducha es de diseño, pero no sirve para ducharse. La wifi solo llega hasta el segundo piso. |

La atención del personal de recepción, que sin pedirlo nos ofrecio mapas e información de la ciudad, la habitación muy confortable y no hacia nada de frío, aunque no pusieramos la calefacción. La ducha era muy moderna, pero poco práctica ya que salia poco chorro. |
