I was very impressed with the hotel, the room itself was furnished with a nice modern new interia. I had everything that I needed and was at want for nothing. I experienced no noise or heating problems that others had commented about in the guest reviews on the website. I had a great stay! Nothing that I did not really like but if the hotel could provide maybe some cheese and a selection of cold meats at breakfast it would add to the experience significantly! |

Pleasant atmosphere, convenient to Metro The staff had limited ability to converse in English, the breakfast could offer more choices for a real breakfast, the room was very small |

That was near my conference hotel and that has a metro stop patically in front of it The breakfast was a little bit limited considering that are not contemplated any other kind of meal ( I intend dinner or supper). They use UHT milk and not fresh one |

It's nice and clean, reliable and well communicated. It's rated a 2-star hotel but it is as if it was 3 or 4. |

The hotel is simple, but in very good condition and clean. The location is very convenient and a metro station is a few meters walk. A good hotel for the value - I would stay here again. |

Spotless, modern,bonus of included basic but adequate breakfast, staff friendly and helpful.Metro and buses right outside hotel. Area around hotel ok and busy during daytime. Free 15 minutes internet access in reception. Limited facilities (one vending machine limited offerings only) so cant get a drink and relax at hotel. |

Very friendly personnel in a nice area of Madrid I did not know yet, bit Caribean area. Also close to the famous Bernabeu Stadium, nice for an early morning walk, just 15 minutes |

Good location, friendly staff, everything is in good condition, simple and good breakfast, i did enjoy my stay with the hotel. Other than no wifi in the entire hotel, everything was fine. |

The breakfast in the morning; it was so close to the metro and the rooms were cleaned every day there was nowhere to sit and have a drink or two in the evenings or at night, once we came back to the hotel we just had to stay in the room as there was nothin in the hotel to do or have a meal |

I chose this hotel because I saw that it opened couple of years ago and it was indeed in good condition. Everything was quite new and especially the bathroom and other things as well. May be reinforce the noise-proof of main door of each room because we hear too much people walking on the corridor |

We stayed at the 4C Bravo Murillo for 3 nights because we had to visit Madrid on family business. The hotel was a perfect base: modern, bright, airy, very clean and exceptionally good value. Also, the staff couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful. |

It was easy to find - right next to the Metro station. I went as a single female and the staff made me feel very welcome and even helped me practise my spanish whenever I needed to speak to them! |

Hotel bien situado en una calle comercial, algo alejado del centro pero con una estación de metro al lado. Las instalaciones son buenas y el personal de trato amable y correcto. Aunque el desayuno es correcto echamos en falta cereales. Hemos viajado en diciembre y la calefación ha sido insuficiente, la sensación ha sido de frio continuo y sobre todo para dormir y ducharse (no habia los 22º que marcaba el termostato ni opción a subir la temperatura), e incluso en la sala de desayuno. |
