Good location, close to the city centre and also to the metro station, nice decoration, free internet access, very clean room and nice staff were main reasons that I will choose the same hotel again. The walls are pretty thin, but luckily the people in the hotel were not noisy at the time I was there. |

The design is really great, and location is just super! 5 min walk from the King's Palace and most beautiful city views + 2 min walk from Opera metro station.The staff is rather friendly, although their English is not quite good. The breakfast is served in a very cosy homestyle canteen |

The location is good,the rooms are exciting as is the overall decor of the hotel and the breakfast is excellent.The staff were very helpful in helping us with the problem we had i.e our passports were stolen.They contacted the police and showed us the way to the consular office. Lack of a bar and/or room service,as we arrived quite late. |

The rooms were spacious and having requested a quieter room I received one. The morning continental breakfasts were good value The air condioning didn't seem too cool the room down so I can imagine that in the height of summer that sleeping would be difficult since it was too hot the first couple of nights - and this is in October. |

Very convenient hotel. Close to Metro. Very helpful, friendly reception. Good breakfast selection in a very modern, funky breakfast room.Great value.Would stay there again. Slightly concerned at very heavy police presence in the city of Madrid. We have visited a lot of cities - but never seen so much police. |

All you expect for a weekend break in Madrid. Great location (1 min walk from Opera metro station and walking distance from main sights), friendly staff, good breakfast, free internet in your room and reasonable room price (~ €75/per night). No doubt...I would recomend/return. our room was a little bit small |

I like this hotel very much for the combination of comfort and new style design, the cleanliness, the very good breakfast and comfortable breakfast hours, for the excellent location, and very nice and helpful staff. We really enjoyed staying there very much! It was perfect! Nothing was wrong! The hotel is perfect in every detail! Very good value for money! |

Excellent value -- Appealing decor -- Extremely helpful, friendly staff at Reception. Whilst, at present, the decor is appealing, we wonder whether deterioration will occur, due to, what appeared to be "poor workmanship" e.g. wobbly tiles in room; chipping on decor above bed. This might affect future "stays". |

Stylish hotel, excellently situated in the center of Madrid, only few steps to the Metro - good breakfast. Room was okay but a little small. Air condition blew directly on the bed so we had to switch off at night. |
