clean,not so expensive, location is ok, spa facilities are good, friendly staff and fast service. the staff is friendly but most of the service staff does not understand or speak any english, only the front office people do well with that. |

It was the best 5 star hotel we have stayed in. The room was fantastic and the design of the hotel is brilliant. Everthing down to the fine detail was thought about carefully. It took 20 minutes by Metro to get into town but you can forgive that when it is such a great hotel. |

Lovely hotel except you have to pay 29 euros per hour to use the spa and sauna. The room was very nice but the location to the central is a good 30 mins or more by train. The station is a 5 minute walk, and a taxi will cost you 15 euros and takes About 15 mins! Very expensive mini bar, restaurant and bar in the lobby. Closes at 2am. Also really expensive to use the jacuzzi, sauna wwwt and dry nearly £30 per hour and the facilities are not great. Wet sauna is cold and the jacuzzi is freezing. Management said this was an ongoing issue! |

The hotel was a fantastic place to stay for those visiting Madrid for the first time. The staffs on arrival were very friendly. Ana who checked us in was very helpful and informative and gave us plenty of information about the hotel itself and faculties and informed us where to go in Madrid and how to get the using the map supplied. The room was immaculate well decorated with a fantastic view of Madrid on the 25th floor. The staffs in the restaurant were very attentive and room service was quick with the food being perfect and very tasty. My partner and I were sad to leave here when our break came to an end but will definitely be coming back in the near future for another weekend. |

This hotel is simply amazing! It englobes all the qualities of a great hotel and is extremely modern! This is by FAR the best hotel in Madrid! I have stayed in all 5 stars in Madrid and they are old and scruffy places compared to this amazing place! |

Staff were very amiable and helpful. Although I didn't use the facilities the spa was available which would be attractive to many. Food in the restuarant was excellent although expensive. Very easy access to Metro and taxis. Many parts of the hotel were too dark, including the rooms Only mirror that could be used to dry hair and put on make up was in the bathroom and couldn't see. Shower had no lip onto the bathroom floor so afterwards showering the floor was flooded. Building work next to the hotel was going on all night - not the hotel's fault but there was no warning either. |

I was amazed by the high standard of materials used in the building of the hotel, the design and the incredible comfort of the room! It was brilliant! I really enjoyed the bar being on the 29th floor and scenic view from the top! I think they should keep some tables free of reservation in the restaurant, I was hungry and wanted to eat at 22.45 but i was told that it was all booked, that was dissapointing. Also, the roomservice girl called in 4 times, although i did tell her the first time that i will be checking out late. |

The hotel is very modern and very acccomodating. The food is very good and the spa offers everything. The people are friendly and will do whatever it takes to make you happy. Location, It' a bit hard to get to and out away from most things in the inner city. |

The staff were very polite and attentive and the hotel clean and modern As you would expect froma 5 star hotel, the food and drink was very expensive. The hotel is situated some 25 minutes by Metro from the city centre, although the Metro was only 5 minutes walk from the hotel. The room was modern, clean & tidy, however a few annoying features such as not being able to out the lights on in the bathroom without putting the lights on in the room. i had to have the door key re-programmed 4 times as it would not let me into the room and the drains in the shower were very smelly. |

Pros: modern & elegant decoration within room and in the common areas, excellent bathroom amenities, taxi service right outside the reception, free wireless in the room; the spa treatment was the highlight of my two night stay at the hotel Cons: I wish there was a bus service taking guests to the city centre (the only option was to take a taxi); i had dinner twice in my room but I was not lucky the first night... salad too salty and the vegetables had not been washed properly. The dinner on the second night (chicken with rice) was very good though. |

I received a room on a very high floor and the views were astonishing.I travel very often to Madrid and I would say this hotel has one of the most beautiful views on the Mountains. The Hotel restauratn though expensive is marvellous for a romantic dinner or also a business dinner. Everything was excellent, with the exception that -according to my idea of a 5 star hotel- there were not enough people at reception, so I had to wait a few minutes; but thats ok, even hotels have "Rush hourts" |

Room was cute and comfortable. Very pleasant. In the room there wasn't toothbrush and shaving blade. Staff was very kind but I had to wait 20 minutes for the check in becouse they didn't find my booking reference. |

The building is great, and the restaurant & wellness center on the top floors are unbeatable. Good service & attention to details Metro is quite far from the hotel, I'd not recommend it if you don't want to use taxi which are always available at the main entrance |

Very stylish room design, excellent breakfast. Located in the modern "three towers" campus, breathtaking architecture and beautiful landscaping. Very good access to motorists, convenient parking. No directions for motorists to the hotel. The signs to the parking say "three towers", not the name of the hotel. |

The hotel is very elegant and high tech. The available computers in the lobby made it convenient and accessable. The location is not convenient since it is 30 minutes via metro from the center of the city. Room service, restaurant and spa prices (you have to pay to use the sauna) are overly priced. The hotel is isolated. There are no cafes or restaurants nearby. |
