It was a central location and about 2 blocks from SOL metro and the SOL shopping district. A lot of tourist sights are within walking distance as well. It was a convienent location near a lot of restaurants. Supermarket is near by. It was located in a side street which can be a little scary to walk around at nite. Steps to second floor of hostal need repair and slant at the top. Lights are sensored to save money. |

Great location for those who are looking for a hotel nearby shops, bars and restaurants. The noise outside the street can be loud at night even as late as after 2 AM. |

It was convenient to all places of interest and shopping area. If you want a comfortable and private experience this is it - apart from the pillows that is. |

Our stay at the Marlasca Hostal was very good value for money and access to the surrounding sights excellent.Very clean and the service excellent. |

The room was as advertised, spacious, pleasing to the eye with interior choices and all surfaces and corners very clean, straight forward staff with no patronizing frills, excellent location for restaurants and walking distance to everywhere such as galleries and sights, tall internal windows so quiet enough, good enough for the price we paid, would recommend it if visiting a city is more important than visiting a hotel. didn't feel cheated when we left, in fact liked the place and would use it again for a short stay. |

Relacción calidad-precio inmejorable. Aunque no es exclusivamente gay, si es muy apropiado para nosotros, incluso se denota del decorador una sensibilidad gay, además está a un paso del centro de marcha gay. Relactión quality-money unbeatable. Though not exclusively gay, if it is very appropriate for us, even the decorator is denoted gay sensibility, is also a step up from the center of gay |

Great location near Sol metro. Interesting decor. Friendly staff who spoke good English. Great choice of bars / restaurants in neighborhood. Air conditioner worked well and could be controlled by guest. Free wi-fi worked well. The double bed was very uncomfortable (basically a cot). Noise level - although we had a room on an interior court with no street noise, hotel guests coming in well after midnight made a lot of noise in the halls every night we were there (3 nights). |

It ıs a convenıently located hotel wıth courteous staff and a decent room consıderıng ıts prıce The staff was great but I just wısh they could speak Englısh although nobody ın Span speaks good Englısh |

I thought the hotel was charming, and in a great location. I loved the dog in the lobby, Scotty I think was his name? When you shower, it's hard to keep the water off the floor and i'ts obvious it has damaged the bathroom door. |

Nice and clean. Air conditioning working. Reasonably quiet if the windows are not to the street. Wifi was working perfect and staff was nice. Definitely good value for that money! I happened to have a room which had no windows to outside, only one to a inside corridor. However, you can ask them to give you a room with windows to outside. |

It was perfect for what we wanted. Cheap and very central. The room was clean and the young man on reception was extremely helpful. Would definately stay there again. |

The location was perfect, right by Puerta del Sol. I asked for a quiet room and I got it, we couldn't hear anything from the streets at all and slept very well. The room was clean and tidy and the staff was very accommodating. The bathroom door was glass and didn't latch or anything. It was very inconvenient for when someone wanted a little privacy. |
