Spacy rooms and conveniently located close to the metro. The area is quite during the night buit not at all problematic. Breakfast does not worth the extra 16€ per person per day!! It is very overestimated. |

The location was near by Santiago Bernabeu Stadium (Real Madrid CF), in a quite place. A mini market was near the hotel, called "OPENCOR" I advise everyone to visit it. The hotel staff and cleanliss were Excellent. 1- There was no key lock for the door of bathroom. 2- No iron. 3- I sent a letter to see if they can book a ticket for a Real Madrid's Match, but No Reply ! 4- Location is not near by down town but is good. |

The best location for the Bernabeu Stadium its only 3 blocks away. A long walk to the centre. |

It is far from the city centre, but cituating in quiet street. Good access to the city and airport by Metro. Actually was too expencive. |

Lo que no me gusto mucho es que el personal no saludaba cuando se entraba a la recepcion. Puede que sea originado porque la mayoria de clientes que tenian eran por negocios. |

reservamos una suite junior que me parecio confortable y sobre todo espaciosa en lo que se refiere a baño con una buena bañera de hidromasaje con cabida para más de una persona. Además estaba muy bien localizado en la zona norte de Madrid que no cabía mi coche en el garage por motivo de altura |

Sauberkeit der Zimmer, ruhige Lage, Nähe zum Kongresshaus. Hervorragende Qualität der Speisen am Abend. Frühstück mit € 15 pro Person deutlich zu teuer. Besonders gemessen an der Tatsache, dass zwar um 7:00 das Frühstück bereit sein sollte, oft aber Kaffee erst ab 7:15 serviert wurde. Wenn man, wie ich, um 7:20 das Hotel verlassen muss (Kongress) hat man oft nicht einmal Kaffee um 15 € erhalten. Die Rezeption oft nicht bemüht. Eine Nacht im Rahmen einer Privatveranstaltun extrem laute Disko-Musik bis um 3:00 früh. Schlafen unmöglich. Kelner im Restaurant sprechen ausschließlich Spanisch, schließen den Laden vor der angegeben Zeit, weil sie müde sind und quitieren Bestellungen mit lautem Seufzen. Brot und Gebäck zum Frühstuck oft hart und alt. |

Lo mejor del hotel es la proximidad a sitios de interés y fácil para llegar a él. Parece un poco descuidado, no tiene rampa de acceso (solo escalera) y es muy caro el minibar. |
