Staff was friendly, room was clean including the bathroom. Surprisingly quiet at night even though facing the main street. |

The thick walls kept the noise of the city out for peaceful nights. The staff was helpful with advise on visiting our next destination. We ate barbecued lamb at a local place North of Madrid and had a great meal. It was helpful having acess to a computer... |

The location is great! Great breakfast..nice people except for one person...rooms are a little small small room, the locked front door that can only be opened by the person at the desk'''annoying! One receptionist offered us a rate when we return, and another receptionist would not offer it.. |

Uitstekend hotel voor een paar dagen verblijf. Personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ik had ontbijt gereserveerd en de laatste dag moesten wij vroeg vertrekken vanwege vertrek vliegtuig. Er was geen mogelijkheid om een ontbijtbox o.i.d. te krijgen terwijl je wel voor een ontbijt betaald hebt. Dit vond ik erg slecht. |

Esqueci um anel caro (falha imperdoável)no quarto e recuperei prontamente, o funcionário que me atendeu foi muito correto e gentil. O café da manhã - faltavam gêneros, ao ponto de num dia não haver pão, restando somente frutas, embora ainda fosse cedo. Em outro dia, havia uma funcionária para cuidar da portaria e do café da manhã, sozinha. |

Proximité au centre et au transport public (metro à 200m) Ambience un peu bizarre. Il y a un minibar dans la chambre mais il est vide car il faut commander à la reception ce qu'on voudra... Le personnel de la reception n'est pas toujours de bonne humeur... |

El sitio, está en pleno centro de Madrid, cerca de todo. Las instalaciones son algo obsoletas. Las habitaciones son pequeñas y se oyen las conversaciones de las otras habitaciones. |
