The genuine friendliness and helpfulness of all the staff, the biggest asset. Lack of a lounge bar in which to relax, and the near alcohol-free contents of the mini-bar. |

The hotel is very nice and clean, the staff are absolutely fabulous - very helpful and full of information and advice about things to do and places to go. There is nothing more I could wish for in a hotel of this category - all was adequate, neat, everything worked, admirable attention to detail. I have already returned for a shorter stay. Breakfast is not included and comes at an extra 12 Euro. |

The rooms were spacious and comfortable and the reception staff were very helpful. The rooms had no drawers and only a couple of shelves to put clothes. |

Clean, great price, great location, great staff, had a room with a view on an upper floor, exactly as requested. Couldn't really fault anything. Wouldn't say it was something I didn't like, but would be nice to have a little more to choose from in the minibar, it's nice to have a drink while getting ready to go out and there wasn't the widest selection on offer, but it's no big deal. |

Staff always available and helpful, 1st league! This is not a 4* Hotel! Room area is ok, but no proper lift, you have to carry your luggage on the stairs, no bar for a coffe, no parking zone, you can hear a lot of noise from the street... |

El hotel es cómodo. Aunque no está en el centro de la ciudad está bien comunicado por transporte público. Las habitaciones son muy amplias y bien equipadas. Cerca del hotel hay un centro comercial y un centro de ocio, que pueden amenizar las tardes-noches si no se quiere ir hasta el centro de Palma. La subida a pie es un poco brusca, con lo que no es un hotel para ir y venir andando... |

Lo que más me ha gustado ha sido el trato del personal y la limpieza de la habitación. Considero en general todo positivo. Si tengo que poner alguna pega es que en alguno de los tramos de escaleras no hay rampa para las maletas. |

La habitación es muy amplia y acogedora. No se oyen ruidos de fuera, silenciosa. El personal súper amable y dispuesto. El baño no estaba sucio pero tampoco impoluto... Había moho por todas partes: en la ducha, en el WC, en el toilette... La ducha tenía una manpara de cristal que sólo llegaba hasta la mitad de la bañera y se montaba una auténtica piscina al ducharse. No entiendo por qué sigue habiendo hoteles que montan las duchas así, ¡es ridículo! |

Las habitaciones son amplias y confortables. La zona es tranquila y a su vez próxima al centro. Las toallas de baño son muy pequeñas (tamaño mini). |

het is een modern hotel zeer mooi ingericht en op enkele minuten van het winkelcentrum van Palma,en op enkele minuten van het strand enkel dat er geen terras was aan onze kamer,verder van alles tevreden |

Bra standardrum med bra betjäning till hyggligt pris. Lugnt läge. Ostädade/oanvändbara toaletter vid receptionen gav ett dåligt första intryck. Låg så högt att det krävdes bil eller taxi för att ta sig dit. |

Der Service war i.O. Die Klimaanlage war nur Luftumwälzung. Wurde erst am vorletzten Tag repariert. Das Duschen war mit Überschwemmung verbunden, da Duschwand nicht abdichtete. |
