The room was very nice (spacious) with a good view of the harbor. First, the hotel floors are "split" into two areas, 1-4 and 5-8. To get from one area to the other requires going up a large flight of stairs. This is a major inconvenience with luggage. We were on the 6th floor. This meant we had to take one elevator to the 4th floor, walk up a large flight of stairs, and then take another elevator to the 6th floor. A major inconvenience and hassle! Second, the hotel staff at the reception desk gave very inaccurate information about public transportation. While they were friendly, it seemed that they had to give an answer, instead of saying that they didn't know something. Third, this hotel has one major advantage: the hotel is close to all the clubs and discoteques. Noise woke us on two nights. |

Good position for local amenities with bus stops and taxi rank adjacent to hotel as well as numerous restaraunts and bars. The mattresses on the bed were very firm and the noise from the main road was high from both vehicles and late night revellers.... Even in November! |

Beliggenheten av hotellet med utsikt til yaught havnen og 10 minutters gange til Palma sentrum er utmerket.Frokost bordet var helt topp. Det hadde gjort seg om folket i resepsjonen kunne litt berde engelsk og hilste på gjesten som kommer inn eller ut. |

zentral gelegen mürrische mitarbeiter, unser wunsch nach einem zimmer mit guter aussicht wurde einfach ignoriert, ein zimmerwechsel war nicht möglich. wellnesseinrichtungen winzig klein |

Wir hatten ein Zimmer im Hauptgebäude mit sehr schönem Blick auf den Yachthafen. Die Frühstücksterasse ist wunderbar und das Fühstück sehr gut. |

Typisch vertrouwd spaans hotel, niet super luxe, wel heel erg vertrouwd daarnaast opgewaardeerd naar de huidige normen. prijs technisch erg goede balance. Gezellige sfeer ook het personeel onderling. Ben hier nu voor de 6de keer en blijf zeker terug komen. |

La variedad del buffet del desayuno y la limpieza de las instalaciones (habitación y estancias comunes) La mala ubicación de la habitación . Para llegar a ella , tenía que subir hasta el cuarto piso , cruzar una planta y tomar un ascensor para subir un par de pisos mas. Por otro lado , la zona no dispone de zonas de aparcamiento y cuando aparcas , tienes que andar bastante o descender alrededor de 6 tramos de escaleras. Por la mañana , debías de subirlos..... |

Stor og flott junior suite. Badet var flott og innbydende. Air conditions anlegget bør utbedres. Var veldig mye ulyd og støy med det Merket det godt når vi egentlig prøvde å sove. Det var bare det der soverommet var. Det andre anlegget fungerte som det skulle- |
