We found the hotel to be very acceptable, prior to arriving at the hotel we emailed asking them for a refurbished room with a sea view if possible.....their replay was that they would try to accomodate us if possible with regards to our request.....We actualy got what we requested. The facilities were excellant, service was excellant and the food was pretty good as well....... Very cold swimming pool.....but its still only January...On a seperate issue, and this is not the hotels fault....there was a lot of noise from the the entertaiment complex across the road and down the street a bit from the hotel which carried on into the early ours. I think that the local authorities need to be aware of this as it will most definatly lead to further complaints about the resort. |

La cercanía a la playa y su ubicación generla respecto a la zona. El buffet era muy completo y la calidad de la commida era buena No nos dio la sensación de ser un hotel cuatro estrellas, sino más bien de tres |

Proximité de la mer (200m) et du centre par la promenade piétonne de bord de mer (600m) ; suite confortable; lit bébé gratuit; buffet petit déjeuner copieux et varié. Piscine très fraîche en novembre; certaines parties communes (moquettes couloirs notamment) sont un peu vieillotes. |

Personal de recepción y del restaurante muy amable. Recibí un upgrade de mi habitación por ser fuera de temporada. Muy buena situación (céntrico en Playa Blanca). Buena relación calidad precio. Las comidas (cena y desayuno en mi caso) son muy mejorables. No hablo de una cuestión de variedad sinó de calidad. |

Los jardines, la ubicación, el personal que demuestran su profesionalidad y buen hacer. La limpieza de las zonas comunes, es un hotel antiguo y la planta en la que yo estuve no es agradable, ya no se lleva ese tipo de equipamiento. Madera y moqueta, además de un baño con los azulejos de la paredes en vías de desprenderse |

o quarto estava reformado, e o champainhe oferecido pelo hotel foi muito elegante sim...a localização do restaurante não é muito boa...o hotel todo cheira comida....a recepção cheira pimentão .....um pouco desagradável.... |

La relació qualitat-preu molt correcta; el buffet lliure molt variat amb bons productes. La primera impressió quan arribes és que l'exterior està una mica descuidat. |

localización me dieron una habitacion contigua al servicio de limpieza de habitaciones, y era insoportable el ruido desde las 8 de la mañana a las 8 de la tarde. no sé si me dieron habitación "B" por haber reservado con booking y ser las peores. |
