The central location, but in a quiet place. The room was clean, very large and cheap and there was almost everithing we needed. We enjoyed our independence There wasn't a colander to cook pasta and a moka to make an espresso coffee! |

very convenient central location near to sea, bus station, restaurants etc. inadequate facilities for self-catering -no oven or microwave. Noisy location at night |

Very nice rooms. A fine roof terraze. Very central but still quiet at night. Very service minded and nice staff.On my next visit to Puerto de la Cruz I will stay at Girasol. |

Lo mejor es su situacion. Todo el Puerto de la Cruz lo tienes a tu alcance sin necesidad del coche. Justo al ladito de la Pza del charco y el puerto viejo, que por la noche es una pasada. Las habitaciones son amplias y las camas comodas. Que no se pueda mover la ducha resulta un poco incomodo |

La situation en pleine ville quartier piétonnier et ses plages. Personnel accueillant. Studio sous équipé (cuisine tv micro ondes), bruyant tant vers l'extérieur (simple vitrage) que de l'intérieur (bruit d'un studio à un autre). Buffet copieux mais classique identique tous les jours. Pas de téléphone interne. |

La ubicación, ya que al estar situado en un lugar muy céntrico es ideal para pasear, ir de restaurantes o a la playa. La relación calidad precio no está mal, aunque en mi opinión el baño necesita renovación total, no es cómoda la ducha ni los accesorios como cortina, etc. |

la nevera enfriaba muy bien y era muy nueva y limpia, la cama cómoda y la terraza bastante maja. el personal era muy amable. teníamos lavavajillas balleta y estropajo nuevos puestos por el hotel, lo que está bastante bien. está muy viejo y el water estaba pegado al lavabo con lo que puedes hacer pis y lavarte los dientes a la vez!! la cocina está como metida en un armario con persinana, super mini, tiene dos fuegos electricos y uno de los mandos no tenia la rueda para girar y encenderlos. te cobraban el servicio de tv a 4 euros el día |

El trato ha sido bueno, la relación calidad/precio excelente, cómodo para viajar con niños pequeños y bien situado. Podían modernizar las instalaciones, la pequeña cocina y el baño. La tv se veía regular. |

El trato del personal ha sido muy bueno. Me encanta la ubicación y la limpieza de las habitaciones. Creo que debería rehabilitarlo ya. Sobre todo el baño , está muy antigüo. |

Esta bien situado, muy centrico. Falta hacer una renovacion de algunas partes. Otro problema circunstancial ha sido la cantidad inmensa de ruidos que habia debido a una serie de obras en la zona, y el fin de semana que paraban las obras, los ruidos provenian de los jovenes de marcha. |

Det var bennat dygnet runt det är bra. Rummen blev städade varje dag å nya handdukar varje dag vilket är ett måste eftersom det är så varmt å fuktigt där,så man duscha flera gånger per dag. Strömavbrott,så jag fick kasta allt jag hade i kylen å frysen å va tvungen å köpa nytt,tycker att hotellet skulle ha ersätt livsmedlen jag va tvungen å kasta det blev en extra kostnad för mej vilket inte va bra. |
