The staff was friendly and helphul. The hotel is located close to the old city center. Good value for money. There is no air condition in the rooms and in summer it could be rather hot. The square in front of the hotel is quite noisy during the night. |

The location is excellent. Close enough to the Cathedral and not too far away from Railway Station. Rooms were clean and there was plenty of hot water etc. Breakfast not too bad value at 6 Euros although there are plenty of cafes etc close by |

really dignified ,courteous staff,great location for Cathedral,Old Town and all the shops also fantastic value.! Nice and cosy during inclement Easter weather. The hotel is probably due some renovation as it was a little old-fashioned but the price and location were very good. |

La amabilidad de todo el personal del Hotel. Excelente el trato. Muy buena ubicación , muy centrico. Habitaciones amplias y muy tranquilo. Todo muy limpio Lo único a destacar es que necesita mejoras las instalaciones, pero dentro de su antiguedad esta muy bien cuidado y muy limpio todo.. |

La ubicación es inmejorable. si se quiere visitar el centro está muy bien situado. Las habitaciones a pesar de no ser de fumadores en la planta que estuvimos, huelen muchisimo a tabaco. |

La situación era excelente Es un poco cutrecillo para el precio que tiene. Bastante viejo. Habitación con vistas a un patio interior. Sin desayuno incluido en el precio (48€). El aseo olia a tubería. No tiene para regular calefaccion. |

Es un hotel en una zona excelente, muy cerca del centro histórico y de la plaza del Obradoiro. Y se puede considerar asequible económicamente para la zona en la que está. Lo único reprochable es que es un edificio antiguo y las habitaciones tienen tanto camas como mobiliario muy antiguos. |

A simpatia e disponibilidade de todos os funcionários, sempre prontos a ajudar, dar informações e fazer-nos sentir bem acolhidos. O pequeno-almoço completo, servido com um sorriso e muita atenção. A centralidade do hotel, com acesso quer à zona mais antiga da cidade, quer à mais moderna. Precisa de obras de pintura / remodelação de espaços |

Lo único que puedo destacar positivamente es el buen trato recibido en recepción. Las instalaciones están desfasadas, viejas y rotas. Las ventanas no funcionan bien, la bañera y el lavabo están rotos. La base del colchónor es más grande que la cama y eso es inseguro porque tropiezas con las esquinas. |

Zimmer ruhig gelegen, Rezeptionspersonal kompetent und sehr freundlich; Zimmer war sauber und zweckmäßig möbeliert. Ich würde es wieder buchen und auch empfehlen. |
