I can not say something good This was the worst hour of service I ever received in a hotel, regardless of its category. And not just one employee and two. Terrible! |

We had a wonderful stay. Staff is very helpful and attentious. Location is the better. Highest score for Meliá Araguaney. |

Nice place, clean, restaurant attached, near business district. Only gave you 15 minutes of internet at a time which wasn't enough. By the time you got logged in and set to do something, the time was up. |

very confortable and clean rooms finness centre is very basic; a swimmining pool opening hours not convenient; price for breakfast (16euro) to expensive for coffee, jam and bread |

To use the internet at 6.50 an hour is a disgraced. In this day and age at a hotel like the melia it should be free considering that in the town its 1-1.5 euro |

I tried to use booking.com to reserve my room but when I got to the hotel they had no information, luckly the staff was gracious and kind and were able to accomedate us for the same price. |

Myself and two of my friends stayed at this hotel for two nights. The personal service that we received was better than any I have experienced in a long time. The staff were very friendly, the rooms and beds extremely confortable and the food delicious. Like a home away from home. We felt like special guests. The location is very good, just a short stroll to the old city and in a shopping... |

The hotel location is perfect, close to the historical area but also to the shopping and bussines new areas. The room was a bit used, but it was big and comfortable with nice furniture and a superbed. I could not get a non-smokers room and it was evident that other people has smoked there. |

Hotel, facilities and breakfast all very good. Bedroom excellent. Food good and restaurant staff very pleasant and helpful. Bed rather hard. ( OK for some ! ). Soundproofing not great and because of location a little bit noisy if room on street side of hotel.( still enjoyable stay though ). |
