I have stayed here many times and the staff is good and the place very convenient for the train station they had a malfunction of the heater and had a cold shower. Guess problem was solved later in the day |

Located near to train station. They had no room service available on the night we came in. VERY difficult to find even with our map. No parking available for our rental car. |

Stay was part of a tour of Spain by rail so convenience for station was a major factor. Good comfortable "business style", all cons and good early breakfast |

It is just 5 min. walk from train station, very convenience for us. Hotel staff was very helful. As it is so close to train station, it is a bit far from city center. |

Very handy for sightseeing and shopping in Zaragosa and the bus stop was just a few minutes away. A little hard to find. |

Excellent hotel and great value for money, and only 5 minutes walk from the train station. Worthy of being a 4 star. Breakfast expensive though at 12 euros. Make sure you allow a few extra minutes walking to the station as the departures entrance is at the opposite end of the station to arrivals. |

it's impossible to get any hot drinks at night - that's a great problem for a hotel which is not in the centre of city. |

Clean, quiet, modern, friendly staff. There was no tea/coffee making facility in the room nor in the hall (available Mon to Thur only). A request for a kettle was ignored and we had to pay to fetch hot water from the bar. Its unusual these days for such a nice modern hotel not to provide tea-making facilities in the room |

Clean, modern and very coomfortable rooms with free Wi-Fi. Surprised this hotel is only 3 stars! Only 200m from the train station and a quick bus ride into town on the number 52. |

Modern feel and quality of the installations. Easier access since completion of new access roads at time of Expo. Better signposting is still needed for first time visitors. Buffet breakfast is still overpriced and the dinner (frozen pizza) unsatisfactory. |

Las instalaciones son muy nuevas y de calidad. Tiene todo lo necesario para estar cómodo mientras estás de paso. Es fácil aparcar al lado del hotel si no se quiere pagar parking. El precio del desayuno es excesivamente caro. |

Las habitaciones están bien y son acogedoras asi como el hotel, recepción ect. Mas que del hotel de los accesos. Para sacar las maletas a la llegada aparqué como es lógico delante de la puerta del hotal sabiendo que es una zona peatonal. No hay otro sitio para dejar el coche. Me decuidé media hora en subir las maletas y acomodarme y ya me estaban multando los municipales.Que me multaron, vamos, aunque les dije que acababa de llegar y estaba sacando las maletas. |
