The piano bar serves a varied selection cocktails and the cafeteria is ideal for a snack or light lunch.

The hotel does not have extra beds to put on double rooms.
To accommodate a third person, child (from 3 years old) or adult, is only possible in the Junior Suite or apartment, that have a bedroom and a living room with sofa bed.

Excellent room facilities and every conceivable bathroom product you could think of was provided. We did not eat in the restaurant but the room service food was very good. |

Staff very helpful. Well appointed rooms and facilities Dinner in the main dining room was awful. One of us could not eat the main course it was so badly cooked. Breakfast was good. |

Easy to find, location to town centre accessible by tram and bus. Room facilities were of top quality and plenty of extras i.e. everything you need for the bathroom even 3 toothbrushes and paste. We had an apartment which was complete even down to tablets for the dishwasher! Secure underground car park. |

The hotel was very friendly and smelt brand new. It is a little out of the centre but there is a tram that runs every 15 minutes into town which is very convenient and costs only 1 euro each way. It was very easy to find the hotel coming off of the motorway and perfect for our next day's journey to get straight back on the motorway again. |

The hotel is worth its five stars and the location is within easy travelling to the city centre by car or public transport. We'd breakfast in the excellent cafetería rather than the hotel's expensive listed one in the dining room. Lovely place. |

The staff went above and beyond to help us with train schedules - thank you very much. The room was so comfortable and lovely. The location was out of the downtown but the city tram was close and easy to use (but unfortunately doesn't run past 11 pm). The hot tub was barely warm and the area was very plain, so unlike the rest of the hotel. |

La habitación, muy agradable y espaciosa. El desayuno buenísimo, todo un detalle que te incluyan zumo de naranja natural recién exprimido. El personal, atento y agradable. En general, acogedor y asequible. La entrada es algo fría y el hotel bastante pequeño en general. Por la noche se oían ruidos en la habitación, como si se tratase de un ventilador o refrigerador (teníamos el aire totalmente apagado, por lo que eran ruidos ajenos). Lo veo más como un 4 estrellas, pero me ha gustado mucho. |

Es un hotel confortable y con una entrada amplia y clara y en general nos hemos encontrado bien en él. Y las habitaciones cómodas. Principalmente la distancia del centro, ya que hemos tenido que movernos en Taxi todos los días, por la dificultad de aparcar en el centro. |
