Trevlig personal. Bra läge på hotellet. Sängarna var stenhårda och omöjliga att sova bekvämt i.Jag bad om en extra madrass för att kunna ligga mjukare.Ingen madrass gick att uppbringa från detta H10 hotell eller från något annat H10 hotell i Barcelona. Inget inköp kunde heller göras av ny madrass. Hotellet har fyra stjärnor men detta drar verkligen ner betyget till en tvåa.Jag kommer aldrig mer boka ett H10 hotell i Barcelona efter tre sömnlösa nätter i deras hårda sängar. Fläktsystemet väckte oss dessutom om vi lyckades att somna. |

Centralt placerat hotell och bra för shopping och turism. Dock dålig service på hotellet, ej riktigt städat på rummet, kylskåpet fungerade inte, ej städat klart när vi kom tillbaka kl 16.00, fick påminna om att få beställa drink i baren, de hittade inte inlämnat bagage förrän efter en lång tid etc |

Frukosten var mycket mångsidig o vackert framdukad. Inredningen i hela hotellet var modern o välfungerande. Åt en kväll middag i hotellets matsal, maten var god men det kändes lite tråkigt att sitta i ett källarrum utan fönster. Jag upplevde att det hördes lite för mycket ljud från de närliggande rummen, tydligen var inte ljudisoleringen den bästa. |

I liked the location, being near the Metro and easy access to shopping. It was kind of noisy in my room - it was near the elevator and the area that the housekeeping staff congregated in. Also, trying to get a drink in the hotel bar was difficult as the bartender kept disappearing. |

Hotel staff was very helpful.The breakfast was excellent.Location is pretty good-near the main square Catalunya where all bus tours, aeroport shuttles, metro stations are going from. The first night we`ve recieved the room which size was unapplicable.It was like dog` s house. Small even for 1 person We even don`t have space to place our luggage.We complaained about this to the staff and next time (in a week we stayed again in the same hotel) we got a very large and convinient room 807. |

Rooms were clean. Checkin was slow. Had booked a romantic break which was advertised as buffet/meal in afternoon. We got a glass of sparkling wine and there was a bowl of peanuts sitting. Plug in room was faulty. We had to order 2 extra pillows at reception twice. Handle broken on patio door and in particular i has asked for a large room when i booked the accommadation ane disappointed with what we got. |

Staff very friendly and informative,exellent choice on the breakfast buffet,room cleaned & tidied daily,fantastic power shower in our room. The room was very compact and I found the bed not as comfortable as I would have liked. |

The Hotel was bright and the room was very clean and spacious. The location was perfect, right in the centre of Barcelona, and we had a balcony. We availed of the package that included breakfast and dinner and were delighted we did so. Both meals were excellent excellent. It would not be possible to find fault with this hotel and I would have no hesitation in recommending it to anyone. |

Location is good and hotel is very clean Not a 4 star hotel by any means, for a double bed we got 2 single beds pushed together, hotel bar was never open and shower is in bath, water was cold and bath was very slippy. Room was tiny not worth the money. |

Very clean and well maintained rooms. Room was good size and of modern decor. liked the offer of champagne on arrival and the complimentary fruit platter and water was a nice touch. Very central location and easy to find from airport bus drop off point. My room was facing road and very noisy.Also had to deal with sound and vibration of metro running under building until about 1am each morning. |

The reception staff were so helpful. The food was excellent (the breakfast buffet is amazing). Free wi-fi throughout and gorgeous rooms make this our favourite hotel during our Europe trip. |
