Trevlig personal och rena, fina rum, ffa badrummet. Perfekt läge om man vill bo mitt i centrum. Nära till Pl. Catalunya där Ramblan börjar, metrolinjer, shopping, restauranger. Trots det centrala läget och hårt trafikerad gata utanför rummet hördes inget av detta, ljudisolerade fönster. Något lyhört ut i korridoren, inget som var direkt störande men kan ha berott på att det var lugna grannar. Metron går precis under hotellet vilket gjorde att det "vibrerade" och mullrade lite när tågen passerade. Kan vara störande för dem som vill ha helt lugnt. |

Otroligt bra läge. Gångavstånd till det mesta och annars nära till metro och andra kommunikationer, inkl flygbuss. Modernt och fräscht hotell. Svårt att styra vämen i rummet (för varmt). Intensiv trafik på gatan kan vara något störande. |

Perfect location ideal for exploring the city with easy access to Ramblas, the Shopping centre and excellent restaurants. Polite and helpful staff. Superb buffet breakfast. Quiet location considering so near the centre. |

Brilliant location, friendly, helpful staff. So impressed I have booked to stay in the Jazz again in April. TV could have been a bit larger but that was a really minor detail. It was our anniversary and although I had informed the hotel when I booked this wasn't acknowledged at all which was a bit disappointing but they had put us in a room on a high floor as requested. |

the rooms were decorated lovely and the rooms were sound proofed to bloack out the noise from the street It would be nice to have a kettle and cups in the room to be able to make tea/ coffee |

The location is excellent. the reception staff were very helpful. The rooms are spacious & comfortable with good bathrooms. It is a no smoking hotel. Good buffet breakfast. The quite small bar area which was also used as a conference centre while we were there enjoying a drink. The charge for olives or crisps which are normally served free with drinks. The bar staff who "offer" you a tapas & then put it on the bill. |

We had a modern, comfortable room with a window towards the back which was therefore nicely quiet. The room had a clean, well equipped modern bathroom and modern quiet air conditioning system. We were very pleased with the room and the bathroom which were both very well maintained. We enjoyed the rooftop pool from where one has a beautiful view of the city. The location was excellent, very close to a Metro station and within walking distance to cafes, shops and the major city sightseeing attractions. |

Stylish hotel very well located. Mini bar fridge with room to add your own items was very nice. Helpful staff. I greatly appreciated that my room was ready even though I arrived before 11 am |

The convenience and proximity to the transportation hub and centralized location in Barcelona. The style and efficient design of the hotel room. Paying the vat (value added taxes). Wish the roof pool area was open longer hours. The hot water didn't function in the morning. |

We were only at the Jazz one night but we really enjoyed the room. It was clean, well maintained and the corner unit was lovely. Your staff was pleasant and very helpful. We have already referred your hotel to others and will continue to do so. Thanks for making the last night of our vacation very pleasant. |

We lıked ıts central posıtıon The underground metro could be heard most of the tıme. Although ıt dıd not annoy me too much I would thınk some people would not be happy about ıt. |

The rooftop bar and pool were perfect. A very nice and relaxed place to wind down from a day in the city. Very comfortable bed, with great pillows! |

They upgraded me fro a std double to a jr suite without me asking. Marvelous roof top pool and bar to relax. Very friendly and accommodating staff. |

The hotel room was extra large with a great bed.plenty of room for luggage and space was good.bathroom nice and all the staff were outstanding. They even made a restaurant booking for me as the place did not respond before we departed Australia and so I put the request in to the Jazz and they organised .The pool is not a swimming pool but a plunge pool but nice area to relax after busy day.great to have a couple of free computers..one more would be good. All the staff were so helpful with any information required. 3-5 min from Ramblas and close to everything. would go back |

Very central position, next to bus and metro station Breakfast really too expensive for the quality provided and completely out of market (better cross the street and have breakfast for 5 euros..) |
