Mycket vänlig personal och trevligt bemötande. Vi hade ett rum mot gatan med mycket trafik som kan vara störande. Sängen var aningen hård. |

Mkt bra läge och gratis internet i lobbyn. Hade läst tidigare recensioner som nämnde ex hårda sängar och dåligt vattentryck, men märkte inget av detta i vårt rum. Tyckte faciliteterna funkade utmärkt. |

Bra beläget mitt i Barcelona med gångavstånd till både strand och shoping. Relativt bra frukost men i en källarlokal utan fönster? Det här var i mitt tycke inte ett 4* hotell. Inte ens i närheten för att vara ärlig. Medioker service och högst mediokra rum. Sängen var något hård och ojämn och kuddarna som enligt hotellet var av bästa kvalitet såg ut som ledsna överanvända tygstycken. Nej, något fyrastjärningt hotell var det inte. |

Good Hotel, 3 star is more close to reality. Helpfull personal. Clean room. The street is very noisy. You just have to keep the windows closed. |

From walking in the door the staff were outstanding and very helpful. We got our room key and made our way up to a room with a wonderful view and very nicely put together. Very happy with our stay |

The location was excellent and the staff pleasant. This hotel does not deserve a 4 star rating, it was a nice 3 star hotel. The room was very cold and we were told that there was no heat only a fan that controlled the air conditioning. We could not get warm. Windows were skylights, we could not see across to the next building and the sklight covers were difficult to operate. |

The location of the hotel was excellent and the morning breakfasts a good value. We enjoyed the view of the old Roman wall in Barcelona and found our room to be relatively quiet. |

Location and that's all it has in its favour. Very Small room overlooking alleyway, bathroom sink blocked, Shower splashed all over bathroom and floor got flooded, hotel staff not very friendly or very helpful, would not stay again and would not recommend. |

The central location and ease of access to Barcalona attractions. The room was clean. Some staff very nice. Room was a little small for 4 star. The hotel refused to lend an iron so you had to give the garment to staff to iron for a €6 charge per garment. Some staff not so nice. |

I had read previous reviews of the hotel, and had an open mind about my stay...i was however pleasantly surprised, my room was great with a nice view over the roman walls, the staff were lovely especially Elvira on reception, and the free internet in the lobby was perfect. The elevator was not to be relied on, often it was just quicker to walk the 3 flights of stairs to my room, but this didn´t stop me enjoying my stay |

Staff helpful with booking Flamenco dance show. Speak some english. Floors either need carpets or heating. Feet were freezing out of the shower. |

Clean and comfortable. Air conditioning worked well and was quiet. It kept the room nice and cool. Bathroom excellent. Great Shower! We booked a celebration package that should have included two tickets for the Barcelona Casino and a bottle of Cava. We didn't receive either during our stay. |

friendly and helpful staff room was very pleasant but very small. I had emailed ahead to ask if possible to reserve one of the larger rooms. This was not accommodated. |

Location was perfect. Very close to the underground. Enjoyed being near the activity of la rambla and the beaches. Beds were quite uncomfortable and small. |

The location was great. Close to both the beach and the city. Although it was a big street close the rooms were quiet. Many nice restaurants nearby. The room was a bit small! |
