Bra bemötande, bra rum, centralt men ändå lugnt, bra service och bra frukost.

Hotellet hade en genomtänkt desing, möbler, byggnad, inredning, allt. Det var en fantastisk blandning av gammal morisk stil och modern, ren stil. Man hade också generösa ytor i både hotellrummet och i loungen. Det var också utmärkt att ha tillgång till internetuppkopplade datorer i loungen. Personalen var vänlig och alla kunde tala utmärkt engelska.

First of all, the staff was fantastic! Open and friendly. Spoke good English and had a great tip for a place to eat after a late arrival (Pepino, 20 meters to the right). Rooms were clean and modern. The lounge area was comfortable with free internet, sofa's, free water, fruit and coffee/tea. The display art on screens and walls were a nice addition to the atmosphere! The breakfast area was clean and always well stocked. Breakfast times were terrific, from 8am until 11am(!!). There was a wide selection of food to choose from too.

Our room was on the road side (Nou de la Rambla). Spanish people tend to go out (and be loud) on the streets between 0230am and 0530am. We recommend getting a room on the other side of the hotel. Other than that, no complaints.

Very clean and fresh, fantastic shower, enjoyed the free fruit and water.

The friendly and helpfull staff, safe environment as two females travelling alone. Made to feel important.

There was no milk available for coffee and no selection of fruit as promised.

We loved the location. We walked everywhere from there. Staff was friendly and helpful. Buffett breakfast was very good. We would recommend this hotel. We really appreciated having access to the internet, As I write this email we are in the hotel again at the end of our cruise.

I would prefer to have a wash cloth in my room. I found hand towels in the public restrooms that were very good for that so we used those.

Central location meant you could get to any part of the city. Male receptionists were friendly, helpful and courteous throughout. A funky interior, kept very clean. Good breakfast.

Female receptionists were rude, unhelpful, inattentive and argumentative. The hotel was very open plan, no floor coverings which meant it was noisy all the time. Barking dogs from houses at the back woke us most mornings. We kept having to ask for the free water and fruit to be topped up everyday.

The hotel is excellent for what we were looking for in BCN. Close to Ramplas, Barceloneta & Gotico. The staff was very helpful and ready to help us in any case. The complementary coffee, tea, water & fruits for all the guests were more than welcome and you can understand that the hotel respects the price you are paying (in our case 85E no brkfst) for the room. The position was for my opinion very good because we had 2 metro stations in a 2-4 minutes walking distance and we were also close to Bar. Gotico where we spend a lot of time strolling among the narrow streets. Also the free Internet (through the 2 PC's and 1 printer at the lounge) + the wireless option, for my opinion are rises my rate for the hotel. The back yard is also a plus.

A full body mirror in the room would be good.

The hotel is very tastefully decorated & the rooms are comfortable & clean, the street outside is busy but we had a room at the back of the hotel which was very quiet at night, the staff are very helpful & I would recommend this hotel to people looking for a central location.

For the price, I would have thought that it should have included breakfast. as it wasn't the cheapest hotel.
