Lungt och bra läge i utkanten av city. Snabb och smidig tunnelbana 2-300 meter från hotellet (köp rabattkort!), en station till gamla staden. Vänlig och smidig personal. Trevliga rum. Medelmåttig restaurang. Läget, borde kanske påpekas att hotellet ligger på en bergssluttning och det är MYCKET brant nästan hela vägen upp från city. |

If talking about Bilbao, where parking is extremely hard to find, having parking spaces (even though charged 13 euros for 24hrs) is a relief. People at the hotel's bar should be much more friendly |

The air conditioning was not working in two diferent rooms that I was given after the failure on the first one. Because it was an exceptional hot day, the temperature inisde the room was unbelivable high! No solution from the hotel was found or given. |

Nice location - 15 minute walk into the old city centre. You have to pay to use the spa and there's no pool. Also, the WiFi is very intermittent - I lost connection roughly every 10 minutes. |

the room is clean and spacious, the bathtub was big, you need to make reservations for the sauna on busy times. we didn`t know until we went to the sauna ---- and it was actually a part of the hotel, but also a part of a fitness centre--- |

Bien comunicado por metro o bus del centro de Bilbao. Habitaciones modernas aunque no muy grandes. Solicité en mi reserva una habitación con una cama doble y al llegar me dieron una habitación con dos camas individuales. |

La distribución de la habitación y la pantalla de televisión La bañera ya que está ubiocada para poder ver la tv desde ella pero como no cerraba bien el tapón pues no se podía rellenar para poder darte un baño relajante. Además, no me parece bien que se tenga que pagar el parking exterior, cuando el coce está en la calle. |
