Att personalen ordnade ett bra rum som kompensation for att de inte noterat mina onskemal vid internetbokningen Att det var i princip omojligt att ta sig dit p.g.a. avstangda gator ocj omfattande byggnationer. |

a very very clean hotel with a perfect room and bed ...mine :) Very helpfull staff , friendly at any hour and Rodrigo ...one of them 10 points , very kind and helpful.Thanks....i will stay again in this hotel in Dec. you can get a coffee from the bar in the morning after breakfast ! |

Good position, good to have parking available, rooms comfortable. Breakfast was good Disappointing not to have better meal facilities in the evening |

Great breakfast buffet, comfortable beds, very clean hotel No computer for access to internet - no parking available so had to use city lot. Demolition of street in front of hotel made driving to hotel difficult. |

The room was clean, the location was very good, I really loved the fresh juices, the nuts, and the variety of fruit for breakfast. The air condition was not working properly but the hotel fixed it upon request. The breakfast room could benefit by one more person in waiting. |

Room good size, bed comfortable No garage available at time of stay, alternative garage suggested, too far away and expensive. Leakage of water from air con, bed frame protrudes to be possible hazzard for falling I have photos. |

We visited the various places of interest in the city. very close access to the hotel.car parking close by, and cheap. The hotel was very modern with good soundproofing. breakfasted next door,a lot easier on the pocket. |

My wife and I were very impressed with this hotel. The room was fine, the bed was very comfortable and most importantly the air con worked a treat. The staff on reception were helpful and supplied city map and directions to the places of interest in Burgos. The car parking was a little expensive at 15 euros a night. |

Good Hotel, with very comfortable and good size room. Free internet was a plus, since I was travelling on business. Short distance walk to the centre of town. Friendlyness of staff must be improved. Gym needs serious maintenance. Machines are adequate, but need upkeeping. |

Excellent hotel. Everything from its modern design, very central location, all necessary facilities to friendly staff was excellent. We had the room with the best view in the whole hotel (didn't ask for it, just got it!). Ask for room 417, you will have a huge balcony (the only balcony there) with extra high ceiling and lit up with disco lights at night. |

The location of the hotel was perfect for the city. The availability of a car park on-site made the stay worry free. The room design and finishes were excellent and some of the best I have experienced at this price level. We arrived on Sunday evening and expected the restaurant to be open, but it was not. However the location of the hotel offered many excellent alternatives. |
