Hotellet motsvarade ganska väl våra förväntningar. Det som kändes lite trist var att de så uppenbart "stängde" hotellet under våra sista 2 dagar då frukosten plötslig blev väldigt begränsad, datorerna plockades bort mm. Nej inte direkt men för en liten kostnad skulle de kunna fräscha upp fasade så att hotellet gav ett mer inbjudande intryckt från strandsidan. |

Busshållplats nära. Riklig och god frukost och middag. Havsutsikten från poolområdet. På grund av "late arrival" fick vi ingen middag (hade bokat halvpension), utan en tallrik med ett par brödskivor, ett äpple och några skivor pålägg... vilket vi ändå tvingades betala fullt pris på. Trots att vi kontaktat hotellet via booking.com och direkt per e-post och frågat om saken fick vi inget svar, vilket gjorde att vi trodde att middag skulle serveras. |

Bra läge intill kanonfin strand. Bra kommunikationer till ex.Palma med buss till billigt pris. Maten helt ok på hotellet. Bra frukostbuffé. Golven sopas och det det blir inte rent av det. |

The rooms were well equipt and ideal for a family stay. We enjoyed the breakfast and evening meals, and the staff in the restaurant were friendly and efficient. |

Its right on the best part of the beach. Location is fantastic. Room had panoramic view of ocean and beach. Great for families, but there is a lot of kids staying here. |

Very good value for money, good location at the beach, quiet area. Very nice breakfast and dinner at the restaurant. Close to the airport, but still no problem with noise from the airport. The receptionist was very pushy in kicking us out from the room on the last day. Even before the official check-out time. |

Close to the airport and close to the beach.Public transport nearby.Its in the quieter part of the beach area.There is a supermarket in the same hotel block.Freindly staff (when you can get hold of them).Free wifi service in the reception and bar areas.The manager sent a bottle of fizzy wine (cava) and a bowl of fresh fruit to our room ,offered us a free sauna,safe dipsit box and even a days car hire to compensate for the error in the room allocation. Adults (men) must wear long trousers or you're denied access to the restuarant for dinner (this is not normal in a "beach resort".) and causes a lot of arguments every evening - much better than the hotel enterainment.Reception is a little caotic and not many staff available.They seem to get the room allocation very confused,we were given a double room and not an apartment as booked and a lot of other guest were also complaining.The rooms were not cleaned until 3 o'clock in the afternoon and after 3 phone calls to reception.The bar inside the hotel does not open until 6 o'clock and the small pool side bar has a very limited selection of drinks.The hotel supplies a "towel" service which is not mentioned on the web but would be nice to know for short stays.Indoor pool is closed from May to October and sauna has to be booked a few hours in advance (to warm it up). |

Excellent facilities. Staff was always very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone adn should we return, would choose this facility again in the future. Dining room requires that men wear long pants in the evening in order to use the dining room facilities. The hotel needs to remember we are on vacation and there to relax. Shorts should be allowed as appropriate attire for evening dining. |

Kitchen and the personal who works there and the Pina Colada. The reception personal was very disagreeable. It was plenty of ant at the rooms.This hotel looks better on the picture on internet but not in reallity. |

Hotel very well located on the seafront with 4/5 km beach and promenade.Choice of food for B/Fand Dnr.was excellent,something to suit everyones palate.Hotel also only 10 mns. from airport.Good facilities for family. |

It was a very good location for the beach, some attractions and other bars/restaurants. There was plenty of things to do although if the weather is bad it can get expensive as there is nothing to do in the hotel even though there is an indoor pool there are only so many hours you can stay in it. The food was good, very european and very healthy. It was very German which made communication a problem with some of the staff and other guests. All the local information folders were only either in German or Spanish. I found the staff on the whole very good however they were either one or the other - very good or very dismissive. |

Good value for money, excelent location from airport, less than 15E for taxi. Several members of staff were unhelpful and not very friendly, by the end of our stay I think the restaurant manager was glad to see the back of us - due to our two children who were not badly behaved. Majority of guests during our stay were very elderly Germans or cyclists, not many English speaking. |

Localization is great, not fare away from the airport, bus stop to Palma 50 m. away and balconies of the apartments are in front of the sea. Kitchen has frigo, microwave, disches and all that is necessary and there are supermarkets all over the place, even in the hotel. Breakfast and dinner buffet are very good and there is great variety. The bar is nice and animated and there is a smokers area. It's not easy to go to the sauna. It custs 5 euros and we must wait 1h30/2h00 for it to be ready. We can only use it until 7pm, and the same goes to the pool. |

Very friendly staff and extremely good breakfast buffet I would certainly like to return but the hotel doesn't accept dogs. I have 2 small dogs who usually travel with me. There are unfortunately very few hotels at this location which take dogs so I believe a lot of dog owners would appreciate a possibility of taking the pet along. |
