Fabulous setting in the Palm Gardens felt more like we were in the Caribean. Also walking distance from town. Did not like the strong light that was on all night above the room door together with a lack of persianas (blinds) we found it difficult to get to sleep |

The setting, individual cabins in the Palm Forrest, but close to the centre. The food, which was excellent and the service that went with it Everything was great |

The way the rooms were divided into blocks of four in a lush tropical gardens was most attractive as are the many palms in the grounds. The inside of the room did not live up to the promise of the exterior. Soundproofing of the room - there was a child for one night in the next room and our sleep was disturbed by the noise made by the child. The lighting was such that it was impossible to see into the clothes cupboard and the bed was so near the cupboard that it was impossible to open the drawers. I thought that the price should have included breakfast. The restaurant was so overpriced that it was not tried. |

The hotel surroundings are really beautiful and the rooms are a great size. Although there was an amazing pool there was no place to relax around the pool. Furthermore whilst you are surrounded in beautiful gardens you are unable to sit outdoors unless you are at the resturant. |

roof leaked in appartment during rain storms. an erotic movie was being filmed at hotel, which meant we could not use facilities, we were told to keep quiet!!!!! no one said sorry. |

the very lavish garden in which the individual cottages that contain the rooms are set; the pool - elegantly shaped and spotlessly clean; the location - on the edge of town, so quiet, yet only an easy walk from the various museums etc. |

the luxury, the rooms were exelent as was the pool and the restaurant, free IT connection they had many prices, and we had to talk a little to get the right price |

enjoyed the pool area including the restaurant and bar.The position in the city was great. The bathroom was super. The bedroom was disappointing----no drawers for clothes, no full length mirror, cheap plastic wardrobe. no seating area outside the room. |

Central location, peace and quiet (stayed 15th July 2009), beautiful gardens, desserts were fantastic, swimming pool very good (though a little small for size of hotel) reception staff very helpful and pleasant, bar service good (though a little slow at times); breakfast very varied and very good though a little overpriced. Some beautiful decorations.Overall this was a very good hotel that we were delighted to find. Bar service too slow at times during the day - nighttime was fine; not clear around pool how to order a drink - had to get dressed and go into bar. Breakfast definitely overpriced even though very good quality. |

Magnífico jardin. Tranquilidad. Gastronomía. Mala señalización en la ciudad y en el mismo hotel. No se ve el letrero de Huerto del cura pese a lo grande que es. |

Die Lage ist in der Tat "Klasse". Sehr ruhig und dennoch sehr zentral gelegen - zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten in die Altstadt. Das Frühstück ist überkomlpett, reichhaltig, vielseitig und von guter Qualität. Freundliches Personal - absolut nichts auszusetzen. Den Bungalows würde eine innere und äußere "Überarbeitung" gut zu Gesicht stehen! Der Zustand ist o.k. - könnte aber verbessert werden. |

Ubicacion en el palmeral, calidad del restaurante El olor a humedad de la habitación y lo básico de la misma. Se pagan 90 euros de habitacion por el entorno ya que por lo demas es un tres estrellas.Baño antiquísimo. |

el tipo de hote, el entorno i el restaurante (que no es barato pero justifica su precio con la calidad de la comida y el trato del personal.) El acceso, podria estar mejor señalizado |

En general las habitaciones están bastante bien, pero teniendo en cuenta su ubicación en el jardin, habria que enfatizar en el capitulo de limpieza y mantenimiento exterior y del entorno.No sé cómo estará en invierno, con frio y lluvia. Quizá tenga un atractivo distinto. Lo que no es excelente, es aceptable. |

Lo curioso es que las habitaciones estan dentro de todo un jardin dentro de la ciudad pero con una gran tranquilidad como si estuvieras en una isla El sistema de aire acondicionado en las habitaciones, si lo dejas conectado es muy ruidoso |

El emplazamiento, parecías estar en otro lugar más paradisiaco cuando entrabas en el hotel. La dejadez del mobiliario, la tv no iba muy bien, el cabecero y el resto de muebles bastante viejos. |
