Takterassen med pool var super att ha tillgång till. Lite avslappling där under siestan då man varit i stan på förmiddagen var suiperskönt innan man började kvällsaktiviteterna. Jag vet inte hur frukosten var, antagligen lyxig för jag tyckte att 19€ per person är mer än jag vill lägga på frukost. |

Takpoolen tyckte jag mycket om. Frukosten var bra. Gick fort att skaffa fram taxi. Läget, ligger alldeles vid en starkt trafikerad gata. Man blir vilseledd det är inte stadskärnan, den befinner sig längre bort. Man får gå en bit för att komma till mysigare kvarter där det finns fler trevliga restauranger, butiker och sevärdheter. Personalen kunde vara mer serviceinriktade.Hela hotelet luktar unket, gammalt. |

OK for the swimming pool but all the rest is extremely poor. Toilets were leaking. The room was extremely small and overlooking a WALL. Not good for claustrophobic people. Furnitures and installations are dusty and old fashioned (would need a good brush up). Price was really too much for the "prestation". |

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooftop pool is excellent. When we arrived we were not so happy with the standard room but were easily upgraded to a club room for a modest supplement. The club room was great with a view over Gran Via Just be careful if booking a standard room. The room itself was ok, but when you open the window, there may just be a wall to see! |

The location of the hotel was within walking distance of absolutely everything and the rooftop pool/terrace was fabulous. Madrid was 39 C the couple of days we were there so the reprieve from the heat was well needed! Although the front desk staff lacked comprehension of the English language they attempted to be helpful when we were looking for a restaurant late at night. The fridge in our room did not work and we must have called down at least 5 times to have someone come up. We finally forgot about it until the next day when we called again and they finally they came up and replaced the fridge. |

I had a small but very quete room with wonderful view. It's on a good location in the very center. The pool on top is very good. The airconditioning worked well, a good service..nice design...I didn't have any complaints. I can't remember anything that I didn't like. |

The only reason we stayed was for the swimming pool. Very old fashioned style and staff did not go out of their way to help you. They were still polishing the reception floor at 9am when guests were trying to check out. So we had to try not to trip on the cords and machine. This should be done much earlier or late at night. |

Location - within walking distance of subway, bus station, palace, etc. The rooftop pool was nice and had a nice view of the city and the palace. Breakfast was way too expensive....$26. We have a real fancy place in Ann Arbor that serves brunch for the same price and has a buffet like you wouldn't believe...prime rib, seafood, breakfast foods, etc. The Emperador breakfast was not worth $26 per person. Plus it cost to use the internet while other hotels we stayed in provided that service for free. |

The roof top pool The room was a bit tired but very clean. Do not let this put you off staying at the Emprador as it is the perfect location. |

The hotel itself was lovely, great swimming pool and roof top garden, courteous staff. The location, unfortunately its not in a very good/safe area of Madrid. |

Everything was o,k exept payment . They do charge my credit card despare the fact I already pay for this stay to your company. So at the moment I am charged twice. Doble Payment from your company and from hotel. Could you help me with this problem? |

It is in a central location, close to everything, especially the city tour buses and is very nice We had to call twice to get an extra pillow and we asked the front desk, when we left in the morning, to have our ice bucket replenshied when we left for the day ( we had received a bottle of chanpane and did not drink it the first night) , and they did not refill it.... |
