The Hotel was comfortable and welcoming. The Breakfast was excellent and gave a great choice. The Shower in my room was broken and was very annoying. |

proximity to old town. Friendly, helpful staff I didn't get any sleep at all!! The sound insulation between rooms is non-existent, so I heard every single word that was spoken in the room next door. The couple came in at 2 am and talked until 6.30, I had to get up at 7 am. They did not talk in loud voices or shout or were in any other way unreasonable; However your hotel is poorly built with no sound insulation at all. |

Proximidade do centro histórico da cidade. Proximidade da zona comercial por excelência da cidade. Melhorar a insonorização. |

La habitación no estaba mal y el precio fue muy bueno (40 € la doble) El baño necesita una buena reforma, la televisión es muy antigua y se escucha todo lo que sucede en los pasillos y en las habitaciones contiguas. |

Las habitaciones son bastante amplis, pero el hotel me parecio muy ruidoso;creo que el ruido que se oia todo el rato era de los ascensores (un poco incomodo) |

1) Que esta cerca de la estación de tren y de la parada del bus. 2) A pesar de que olvidé dejár la llave en recepción, hicieron el servicio de la habitación, las camas están en buenas condiciones y no chillan y el ambiente muy tranquilo y familiar. La atención me pareció muy buena. Sí, que no tenia el internet en la habitación.........pero no fue impedimento de revisar mi email. |

Su excepcional ubicación, a un paso del centro histórico y lugares de interés. La antigüedad de éste, sería conveninete una reforma completa. El baño es muy viejo así como también la habitación que tiene algunas grietas. Cuando llegamos nosotros había una pareja en recepción que decdidieron dejar el hotel porque no era de su agrado la habitación, sinceramente tampoco es para tanto, al fin y al cabo si vas de turismo apenas estás en la habitación. |

centrico, a 10 min. andando del casco antiguo y detras de la parada de autobus que va al aeropuerto. la habitación del hotel olía a humedad. |

El trato del personal y la calidad del servicio en conjunto. La limpieza también era adecuada. Y la ubicación es buena para llegar en avión (bus cercano). Falta insonorización tanto de paredes como de ventanas lo que hace un poco difícil dormir. |
