Clean, very well located, some nice touch of design. Nice breakfast although a bit expensive. Poor or no wirless access. Very poor room service. No restaurant/bar in the hotel (in contradiction to advertisement) and the one next door (associated with the hotel) was e.g. closed on Monday (hence no service at all) while opening hours are very restricted. |

I thought the that most of staff was very impersonal there was no atmosphere, when we complained of a smell of sewage the first night we did get a change of room the next day but had to pay half the difference as the second room had sea views there was no question of an apology. |

The room we got wasn't cleaned but we were given another room within 5 min. Laptops with Internet access in every room and as the name says; it's high-tech throughout. |

The hotel has the best location on the Beach, the staff were friendly, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable, what more can you ask for! |

Good view, near the beach in a good place. By the time I book 2 nights and I need one night more, by the time when I arrive at the hotel I said that I need more one night and they said Ok. At the 3rd day for the 3rd night they kick me out. They had my mobile phone and dint contact me. So at the end I arrive at the hotel at 19:20 and in 10 minutes I have to pick my bag and go out. This is the first that thing happen to me unbeliever, |

this was our second stay at the hotel, we were very impressed the first time we stayed and this was the reason for booking again, it is a very modern clean and comfortable hotel and I would highly recommend it |

Right on the beach, close to the marina and relatively close to the subway ( but not if you have a heavy suitcase) so its easy to enjoy the sun during the day and go into Bilbao in the evening for dinner.The room was very nice and the internet connection very good. I didn't have breakfast in the hotel as it was way too expensive. |

Ideal para quien va de trabajo a Bilbao, muy tranquilo. Eso si, se necesita tener coche, esta alejado del centro. Nada, quedé satisfecho |

el diseño del hotel y de las habitaciones: muy cuidadado, precioso todo. Un detalle de lujo: ordenador en la habitacion la ventana de nuestra habitación estaba justamente a pie de calle. Lo cual era un poco incómodo. |
