Parkering i hotellet om man har egen bil (främsta skälet varför jag tog detta hotell då jag har egen svensk bil i Spanien). Det var tyst på nätterna. Det är ett bra alternativ om man har en budget utan krav på hög standard. Det är som sagt tyst på nätterna, ligger ca 15min gång från centrum. Det är ett gammalt hotell med svag luftkonditionering/värme, ingen kaffe/te kokare, ingen fjärrkontroll till tvn, inget internet på rummet men det fanns dock gratis i lobbyn. Frukosten var dock väldigt kaotisk med fullt av högljuda människor och typisk spansk med vitt bröd och påläggskorv men inte så mycket annat (dock var frukosten inkluderad i priset för mig vilket var lågt jämfört med de flesta andra hotell). |

The staff was very friendly and helpful and the room is modern and clean. The breakfeast is one of the better ones. The hotel is not that conveniently located. It is approximately 15 minute walk from the main attractions. It also did not look or feel like it was a 4 star hotel. The staff mess up one of our wake up call. |

The room was a good size and location was also good. Only the front desk staff appeared happy to help. Asked for a baby chair and was told to stack two adult size chairs. |

The staff was excellent The beds were very uncomfortable, the hair dryer might as well not have been there and various parts of the bathroom kept breaking. |

Clean and comfortable rooms. As it is such a big hotel, it misses somewhat that personal charm. Also breakfast is until 10 so can't lay in if you want breakfast. |

Very spacious room, the breakfast was very nice the receptionists were not very polite, the room card was demagnitised very often and we had to go to the reception almost every day to make it work again |

Secure parking, good room. The restaurant was open but very expensive. The hotel staff did not want to give directions or provide information - we didn´t get to the Alhambra! There was no "welcome to Granada" or interest in helping tourists. |

Very clean, with a helpful staff. Well located close to downtown. Big bathroom, unlike most hotels in Europe. There was not enough staff to bring over an extra pillow at 2300 |

The hotel was comfortable, conveniently located, the room was spacious and had free internet. The hotel was a 10 minute walk from the Plaza Nueva.This hotel handles a lot of tour bus traffic nicely. I thought it might be disruptive, but not the case. It was a bit noisy at night. The seal on the double paned windows didn't work. |

Location was good, though getting there is a little hard to navigate. Very friendly and helpful staff. Has on-site parking which is nice too. Getting out of the parking garage is a pain - there is no bell inside the garage, so you have to back inside the actual hotel to get them to open the door. |

Good central location, a pleasant 5 minute walk to the centre. Quiet and comfortable rooms. We had a room overlooking the street but there was minimal noise. On checking-in the staff at reception told us that the hotel was full despite the fact that we had a confirmed booking, and that they would send us to another hotel, 10 mins away. I refused and the rather surly member of staff at reception was clearly annoyed but had no choice but to let us stay as per the booking. |
