hotel is conveniently located on main avenue. near the cathedral and with easy access to public transport. restaurants and cafes nearby. food in restaurant was quite tasty. we were given a complimentary fruit basket and the minibar was free. bathrooms nicely done. rooms were dimly lit and some rooms didnt have windows but only glass windows or doors facing an empty wall. since this hotel was a former convent, the tombstones of the nuns who had passed away have been maintained in the central courtyard which we found to be a little spooky. |

great location no air conditioning because it was November and they were unable to turn it on because they can only have heating OR aircon. |

Second stay in 4 months. Superb staff, rooms, and quality. This is tranquile and luxury. Complementary mini bar! £3.50 for glass of quality wine. if you want upmarket luxury, stay here. we will again. |

Location,the small size of the hotel, the inner garden, the interior decoration and design The corridor was too hot and not always well lit.There was no coffee machine in the room and was not easily available in the lounge.The part of the hotel where I stayed was as if it was not really part of the luxury hotel.The service for the arrangement for tickets, shows etc was not readily available in this hotel as you would have in other luxury international hotels.When the facilities like the garden are used for a wedding etc.it is not available to the clients. |

The room was beautiful and very clean, the staff and the free mini-bar were excelent. The room is a mix of historic and modern. The restaurant wasn`t very good. The waiter was very helpful and suggested a good wine but the food wasn`t tasteful. |

They said they were giving an upgrade in our room but the room was far from the reception etc, was too smal despite of having a separate tv room and very very noise during the night. There were a window to the street where there were people talking and laughing during all night. read above |

Lo único que me ha gustado es la ubicación dentro de la ciudad.Del resto nada de nada. Casi todo.Mala información del personal del hotel.nOS informaron a cuatro personas que el parking era gratis y al dia siguiente nos lo cobraron.pedimos 2 desayunos y nos intentaron cobrar 4.lAS habitaciones pequeñas en relación al precio. |

la decoracion la habitacion demasiado pequeña para un cinco estrellas, pienso que no se puede tener una habitacion tan pequeña e incomoda en un hotel que dice ser de 5 estrellas. |

古い修道院の建物は素晴らしかったです。しかしそちらに泊まるには高い方の部屋を頼まないとダメそうでした- 。新館でも部屋に入ってしまえば問題ないですが、気分的には修道院に泊まりたかったので次に泊まるなら高い- 方を頼むと思います。バスローブやスリッパもあったので快適でした。ミニバーが無料というのもよかったです- 。空港バスの乗り場にも近いです。 |

Su situación en la calle más céntrica de la ciudad. También la obra de restauración realizada sobre un antiguo convento, con un atrio impresionante. No. Mi estancia ha sido confortable y no tengo nada que objetar |

L'hotel est bien placé, à proximité de la cathédrale. L'alhambra est accessible à pied, de même que le quartier de l'albaicyn. Notre chambre de catégorie supérieure était dans la partie de l'hotel qui a le plus de cachet. Elle était spatieuse, bien insonorisée et agréable. L'accueil à la réception manque de chaleur. C'est dommage. J'attendais plus de chaleur des espagnols! |

Las habitaciones que dan al claustro son mucho más bonitas que las otras, aunque creo que son más caras pero vale la pena, porque es precioso, es como dormir en un convento. La situación del hotel además es muy centrica. Eso que ponen algunos de que se oye ruidos de la calle, para mi no es verdad. Yo no oi nada de nada, solo los pájaros que cantaban. Un gran fallo del hotel es que las almoadas son muy malas, demasiado altas. Creo que un hotel que se han gastado tanto dinero en reformar un convento, tendrian que no escatimar en las almohadas, que son para dormirrr!!!. Solo les diré que por la mañana tenia torticolis. Que fallo! |

Prachtige oude binnenplaats (klooster 14e eeuw), moderne kamers van alle gemakken voorzien, gratis gebruik minibar. Goede locatie, op loopafstand van veel winkels en restaurants.Niet ver van Alhambra. Jammer dat er geen zwembad is. |

きれいで快適に過ごせましたが、もと修道院だったお部屋に泊まったほうが風情があったかと思いました。中庭- も趣があってよかったです。 安全のためか、窓の外に柵があって、眺めがあまりよくなかったのは残念でした。 |
