The staff were excellent, friendly, helpful and efficient, among the best I have encountered. Rget went to great length to assist me with Spanish, and provided much information about the city and area. A very big thanks to them! The location, for (bus) access to the city is excellent. The food was also very good indeed Nothing whatsoever, I shall certainly recommend it, and stay ther again. |

The Hotel need to improve in some areas: carpet (really dirt, I did'nt walk without shoes), air acond. (Doesn't exist) and you can't leave the windows open because the are a lot of noise. |

Buen hotel. Habitación cómoda, con buen y amplio baño. Está fuera del centro, pero se llega en pocos minutos con vehículo. Se puede estacionar (aparcar) gratis en los alrededores del hotel. |

Su situacion para visitar Santiago es excelente ya que tiene una parada de autobus en la puerta y hace el coche innecesario |

La amabilidad del personal. La cercanía al centro urbano. Se oía demasiado ruido en la habitación. A pesar de que la recepción del hotel estaba muy renovada, la zona de habitaciones está un poco "pasada", da la sensación de viejo; lo peor, los ruidos que se escuchaban desde muy pronto por el pasillo, sobre todo de las puertas. |

Tiene un acceso muy facil desde el centro de la ciudad. A pesar de estar a las afueras es facil de llegar, dispone de aparcamiento por alli cerca y varios sitios para comer parrilladas y marisco a los que se puede ir incluso andando. |

Reception sehr freundlich, Zimmer sauber, ruhig, genügend groß, unkomplizierte Anreise vom Flughafen per Mietwagen (Bus haben wir nicht geprüft), Nähe zur Stadt, ausreichend Parkplätze, gutes Mittelklassehotel Service in der Bar etwas launisch, die Stimmung hob sich, als wir ein kleines Trinkgeld gaben (rechnungen liefen auf die Zimmerrechnung). Aber das menschlich, oder? |

Servicios comunes bien, pero las habitaciones antiguas. Zona tranquila, parking esterior. Demasiada calefaccion y no se podia encender el aire acondicionado.No funcionaban bien las persianas. |

el hotel estaba bien para pasar un par de noches. disponia de una parada de autobus a la puerta y la limpieza era buena que estaba lejos del centro de la ciudad y para llegar a Santiago habia que coger un autobus o un taxi, no se podia ir a pie |
