Väldigt trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Rena och helt ok rum. Besvikna på vår AC på rummet och att massageduschen inte fungerade. |

No problems with buffet breakfast can understand other reviewers comments though i.e. if it was busier and you came down late. Air conditionining may seem noisy for a light sleeper. |

It was centrally located, near transports and walking distance from tourist points of interest. The hotel staff were kind and helpful. The view from our room's windows. |

Very nice rooms! Very clean and the staff was courteous and helpful. Hotel is well located in the center of the city just off of Gran Via and near the metro. Would definitely recommend this location to others and will probably stay at this hotel again next time I go to Madrid. Nothing really, but it would be nice to have hotel parking - finding a space to park near the hotel can be a challenge. |

The location was perfect and the room was very large, plus it had a wonderful patio which looked out over Madrid. The price was reasonable and included a very nice buffet breakfast. |

Reception staff were friendly and spoke good English. Rooms were very nice and comfortable. Breakfast was very good; though virtually 100% self service and you were left to find everything out by yourself. The location is excellent - a few minutes walk from Puerta del Sol. |
