Eftersom Riu Bonanza Park som vi gjort bokningen på var stängt för säsongen fick vi bo på syster hotellet Riu Palace Bonanza Playa på andra sidan av gatan. Mycket god frukost och middagsbuffé. Först fick vi en lägenhet med morgonsol men fick byta till en med eftermiddagssol utan problem. Perfekt med bussen till Palma utanför hotellet med avgång var 10:de min. Se till att boka p-plats i förväg, det är verkligen ont om p-platser i området. |

Enkelt och snabbt att ta sig till Palma med buss. Tillgång till Wifi eller internet fick skötas via grannhotellet Bonanza Playa vilket inte är tillfredställande för ett hotell i denna klass. |

Jag tyckte om att det var lugnt på hotellet. Man kunde ligga vid poolen och läsa utan en massa barn som skriker i poolen. Personalen var jättetrevliga. Nej inget som jag tyckte illa om men maten på buffén kunde varieras lite mer. Ljuset i restaurangen var inte mysigt det skulle dämpas ner och istället ha ljus på borden. |

Bra personal, lugn atmosfär, god och varierad mat, strandnära, goda kommunikationer (bussar till Palma), bra faciliteter med tennis, pingis och minigolf samt spa. |

Trevligt hotell och tillmötesgående/hjälpsam personal. Både frukost- och middagsbuffén var generös och varierad. Value for money, helt klart. |

The breakfast buffet was really great and included in the room price... The price of the dinner and the gala dinner was indicated nowhere. And we would have liked to know before going. we didn't dare to go in fact... |

staff friendly, helpful. Food excellent. Room clean. Facilities excellent. Safe in the room is charged, with key not the code, inconvenient. In the room, there is no kettle, for child, when hot water is needed, nowhere to get hot water at midnight. |

We were made very welcome by all the staff,they were most attentive and Sandra the Hotel Manager went out of her way to check we were happy.The hotel was quiet which was due to the end of the season but this suited us and there was no decline in the standard of service.We would recommend this Hotel to our friends . |

the friendliness of the staff and the efficiency and service in the restaurant were superb also allocating a specific table for dinner on arrival to be used for the entire stay was a big plus as there was no hassle trying to locate an empty table every night. |

When we arrived we were upgraded to a garden bungalow which had fantastic sea views from a large private patio.The room was spacious,with modern furnishings and air con.Very compfortable. The food was buffet type with 2 sittings.We tried the first sitting and found we spent most of the time in a queue.We changed to second sitting ,big mistake .The staff started clearing the food away before we had finished to lay tables for the following days breakfast. |

Excellent hotel staff (thank you Ramon - desk, Ingrid - activities, Ingo and Bertha - scuba)! Beautiful sea view from all rooms, close to public transport and basically meters away from the sea. Scuba, nautical ski, banana, catamaran, kayak, spa etc. available on site (payable). Activities like ping-pong, aqua gym etc organized daily(included). Free tennis courts were highly appreciated. Very big room and bathroom, good bed, perfectly quiet (bungalows). Sand beaches are also close to the hotel, 10-15 min walking. I would recommend this hotel warmly especially if you get a good price and if you love water sports. Overall, we loved staying at this hotel! No internet, apart from two computers at the desk, payable, and with access speed reminiscent of dial up. The TV set is incredibly small and unusable unless you stay inches in front of it. Breakfast quality is average and there is not enough variety if you stay more than 3 days. The tennis rackets and balls provided are awful even for beginners. The area is a bit dull if you plan to stay for longer periods but of course you can always rent a car or use public transport. These are of course details and we are more on the picky side. However, overall, we loved staying at this hotel and would go back without hesitation! |

Very good hotel especially for families with kids. Clean, quiet with nice service. It is only 10 km away from the capital of the island. You have to pay extra for a parking place. In addition this parking place is not adequate even to park a Mini Cooper car. It is unacceptable for a hotel like this to give such small parking spaces. |

Our room was very comfortable, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful and finally we liked the fact that breakfast was until 10.30am |
