Ok frukost (obs 8 euro per dag). Mycket bra läge centralt passade oss bra. Litet men helt ok rum. Kassaskåpet funkade inte. |

the position of the hotel is ideal to visit the city center. The staff was kind and attentive to our needs the beds (matelats) + the noisy bar close to the hotel. During the night we did not sleep because of the music |

They had free internet with computers for guests to use, provided maps and helpful directions, and when it rained, lent us umbrellas. |

The room was clean, as was the hotel generally. Free Wifi in every room was useful and reliable, a nice touch. Good location not far from Sol. Beds were kind of strange, felt like sleeping on nylon fibers or something. I think the beds are the biggest let down, clean but not very comfortable. |

The staff were great, my spanish is not great but i had no problem in the hotel as i have had with other hotels, the rooms were comfortable and the hotel was convenient to shopping and central |

Hotel is in core of city near most major attractinos nearby but being in core has some problems of noise and street people. Stayed in two different rooms during visit - second room was very nicely laid out and very practical for a family with children. Hotel is next to a concert hall which can make many rooms very noisy at night. So much noise on first night that we had to change rooms for following nights and hotel did not charge us for first night. Based on number of people at the front desk the next morning this is a common complaint. |

The location was perfect in central Madrid, one minuets walk from Puerto del Sol the hart of the city. Hotel car parking garage was an added bonus and well priced it was cheaper and safer than the public parking The heating in the hotel had been put on as it was November We found that the room was to hot so we had to open the window a lot to cool the room down which then meant we got city street noise. The temperature for November was exceptional mild, so why they did not just turn the heating off or down I don't know? |

Convenient for eating places of all sorts, metro station very close for getting around madrid, good breakfast Walls not very thick so could hear noise from other rooms and corridor |

It was very close to the city center and not to far from the airport, plenty of shopping near by and right on the edge of the old district and the new district and still within walking distance to major attractions. The airconditioning was broken and the noise from other guests rooms was very loud at night |

The stuff was nice especially at the reception. The hotel is very clean as well as the room. The price of the room is expensive, my folks stayed at a near by 4 stars hotel and they had a deal that was less than half the price I had paid. The breakfast is very minimal, good, but basic. |

Convenient location at a fair price. Recently renovated. Due to ongoing renovations, sometimes there was a bad smell in the room because of open sewer vents in the renovation areas. |

The room was spacious and very well laid out. It even had a little sitting room section, two flat screen TVs and an extremely spacious bathroom with a bath complete with shower and then another separate shower. The toilet was screened off separately with a sliding frosted glass door within the bathroom which was very practical four couples sharing. Location very central and all the facilities clean and new. |

I liked the comfort, the cleanliness and most of all the proximity to all important things to see and visit in Madrid! I didn't like that the windows of my room instead of facing the exterior were facing some sort of courtyard with a glass or plastic ceiling. That makes the room too warm and with no fresh air ever! |
