There was a metro station near by the hotel ( one minute walking ) . Also , you can go shopping there , you will find some good stores around the area |

The hostal gave me the impression of family. And it locates in city center and is very close to metro station. The staff provided me enough messages about facilities and surroundings patiently. Although I cannot speak Spanish, we can communicate and understand each other clearly. |

Cheap clean accomadtion friendly staff. Too much noise constantly awakened by the door bell and noise from the street including emptying skips at 5 in the morning followed by the refuse collection. Could improve by double glazing. |

The staff was great and extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were nice and large and the internet access was fast and always available. The location couldn't get any better as we were in the center of it all. Nothing was too far away and Margarita y Teresa were always ready to offer up suggestions for eating out or shopping or whatever. I would def. stay there again. Plus we loved the elevator! |

The owner was very nice. Location was very good. Breakfast was in a lovely cafe shop. It's more like a B&B, but the room is very small. Apart from beds, there was only a very small chair we could sit. No kettle, no cups, no mirror in room, no hairdrier, no map for guests. Not convenient at all. It was not as good as a hotel and not as convenient as a hostel as well. |

Rooms were cleaned every day and we got as well new and clean towels every day. Really close to metro stop e centrum Employees do not speak english, just spanish |

Very well situated in the city centre with light and airy rooms. Good value. Just that they didn't have a room with a bathroom as we had booked. They were apologetic and room with shared bathroom was fine. Also hostel is not very obvious from the street and would be useful to have been told this in advance. |

Love it, the people are fantastic, if you speak spanish you will enjoy them more, however they will make your stay the best time ever. The hostel is great, quite, perfect! Some guests smoke and I hate the smell! |

The most appealing thing is the hotel's location and the friendly staff. The room was next to the entrance door, unbearably noisy, disturbing night sleep. No soap in the shared bathrooms. The lift didn't operate, given the hotel is on the 3rd floor of an old building, it was difficult to get the luggage up and down the stairs. |

Very good location in heart of center and this is just one good thing. They gave us terrible small room it's was looking not like on the pictures on the site, when we already departure this hostel we saw another holding alley there were those nice rooms like on the pictures. And another important thing... Nobody there speaks english!!! |
