Mycket bra service, stora rum, mycket bra frukost (om än ngt dyr ca 25 EUR), vacker utegård med pool och lugnt läge. Enormt shoppingcenter med massa restauranger ligger ca 10 minuters promenad från hotellet. Nackdel: ligger i utkanten av Madrid (ca 10 min från flygplatsen). Tar ca 40 minuter med tunnelbana till centrum (1 EUR) eller 10 min med taxi (ca 20 EUR). |

The rooms are excellent, very clean and spacious. The bathroom is great, very big and the shower is excellent. The hotel is about a 20€ ride from downtown Madrid. |

The relaxed nature of the hotel. We could not afford to eat or drink at the hotel as it was too expensive. |

An exclusive Spa hotel allowing total relaxation in luxurious surroundings. Staff were excellent, friendly and assisted on a number of occassions in suggesting venues to eat out, shop and explore. I have travelled greatly but this for me was the finest city hotel I have ever stayed in and I look forward to returning. |

The hotel staff were young, extremely friendly and helpful. It was a resort with amazing facilities (gym, two pools and spa). The hotel was located too far from the city, to the point where you had to plan your entire day out and taxis (although cheaper than most places in Europe) ended eating into our budget. There is one grocery store and a single gas station that is within walking distance. Choose this hotel if you have your own vehicle and have already seen the city. |

The spacious rooms, courteous and helpful staff. Great location. Very quiet and out of town but close to metro to get into city centre. Need more sun loungers and staff need to check for damaged ones and remove. |

The room was amazing, really big and spacious. Didn't get a chance to use the spa facilities, but they looked brillant. Fabulous hotel. No full length mirrors in the rooms. |

Beautiful concept and rooms, however they are beginning to be worn down a bit... There is a mismatch between the luxury feel the hotel wish to acheive and what they deliver in terms of service and atitude of the staff |

Attended conference found the rooms excellent and conferece facilities also very good Was suprised that restruant stopped at 10 pm as usually eat latter in Spain but bar food was available. |

Excellent designe, stilish, clean, very comfortable. Not a clear information on shuttle bus service. No marks on bus stops, we arrived on saturday and had to telephone the hotel as regards transfer to the hotel. Hotel receptionist replied us that durind week-ends shuttle bus service does not work. However, they came to pick us up. Very low watter pressure in the 6th floor. |
