Mycket trevlig personal med bra service. Kanonfin frukostbuffe där det fanns allt. Perfekt med gratis transport till flygplatsen. Det var en bit att gå (ca 20 min) till tunnelbanan. Lite jobbigt i långa loppet med många turer in till stan. |

Trevlig personal, bra frukost, fin pool, lugnt område Att poolen är för lite öppen, 11-20, man vill gärna ta morgon och kvälls bad. 9-22 skulle vara ok. |

Läget, som var nära flygplatsen (om man nu vill bo nära den). Att luftkonditioneringen var påslagen jämt (utom en dag, när städerskan stängde av den, fast hon inte borde). Hotellet var ej av 4-stjärnig klass, det var omodernt och behöver renoveras!! Poolen fick vi inte använda, veckan efter att vi åkt därifrån var det OK att använda poolen!!! Det var inga ljudisolerade rum (mycket oväsen) som det stod i beskrivningen, ej heller stämde det med att det skulle ta 10 minuter att åka till centrum med tunnelbana, det tog 22 min. |

Vilken service att få skjuts till flygplatsen...Trevlig morgonpersonal i matsalen. Snabb service och trevligt bemöttande... Vi hade ungefär 25 grader och då är det synd att inte poolen var rengjord.Skulle vara skönt att bada. Även att dynor är framme på solstolar.. |

Lugnt läge nära flygplatsen. Inget typiskt storstadshotell, mer av semesterkänsla. Shuttlebuss från hotellet till tunnelbana och flygplats. Mycket varmt rum. Ett måste att gilla bungalows om man bor här. Ganska långt till centrum. |

The staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel staff telling the guetts it is OK to smoke at 'non smoking' rooms. |

staff were very friendly. rooms were nice and clean. food was excellent. cheap prices. swimming pool. very relaxing atmosphere location is nice and quiet but a bit too far subway (15-20 minute walk) |

Location for going to the airport. The front desk and the rooms are in separated buildings, so if you have a lot of luggage is inconvenient. |

It is convenient for the office in which I have been working. It's nice to be able to sit outside near the pool and eat in the evenings. Good air conditioning in the rooms, and nice strong showers. The prices charged in the restaurant are higher than they should be given the quality of the food. Most repeat guests (of which I am one) quickly learn either to eat from the bar menu, or to go into Madrid. Alas, it's a long walk to the nearest Metro station. |

Very acceptable hotel. good buffet breakfast easy access both for airport and city. Dinner quality good and an excellent pool facility athough could use a few more sun beds. |

The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. The pool was very nice in the hot madrid weather. It is also located close to a shopping center so there are options for food besides the resturant. |

the room was quite nice, breakfast adequate the airport shuttle very poor service waited 50 minutes and had to phone the hotel twice. the staff on reception were rude and not very helpful. would not stay there again |

If they spent some money on updating and cleaning, this could be a really nice place. The rooms are in dire need of updating. The beds were horrible. The wait staff was rude. |

Outstanding breakfast buffet and free airport shuttle made it worth the money. Make sure to call from the airport to utilize the great service both coming and going. Distance from Metro/downtown Madrid. It is a 20 minute walk to nearest Metro and then a 25-30 minute metro ride to downtown (Gran Via) |

Convenience to the airport and the large rooms with two big beds. The free airport shuttle is a big plus. The wireless internet did not work and the buffet breakfast price was very high! |
