Mycket bra pris i förhållande till vad jag fick. Mycket trevlig personal och öppet dygnet runt i receptionen. Riklig frukost, buffé som var riktigt bra. Bra läge i staden, för promenader mot centrum, la latina och slottet/saluhallen/katedralen. Nej, inte alls. Heltäckningsmatta på hotellrummet kan vara bra att veta för den som är känslig. Fördelen var dock att slippa kalla, hårda golv. Min upplevelse var att det var rent och fräscht. |

Mycket bra läge nära Metro-stationen med samma namn och med gångavstånd till stadens centralaste del. Trevlig personal. Välstädat och rökfritt vilket är mycket positivt. Bra att kunna avboka fram till två dagar före avresa. Frukostbuffén var inte särskilt rolig. Jättesöt juice, småyoghurtar som inte var goda jämfört med andra vi ätit i Spanien. Bacon som var mer kokt än stekt. Kokta ägg som var skalade och kalla. |

Bra hotell med förvånande lågt rumspris. Halvbra frukost som ingick i rumspriset. Bra läge vid Metrostation och gångavstånd till centrum. |

The breakfast was the best thing at this hotel. There is quite a good variety of food including fresh fruit, and it is abundant. The price could have been a bit lower considering that this hotel is not very central. |

Very well situated hotel, especially if you're going to a football match at Athletico Madrid's ground. It is situated about half-way between the Stadium and the old centre of Madrid. There are always taxis in front of the hotel and it's only a 25 minute (20euro) journey to the airport. Good value for money and I would recommend it and would return there if we play there again. Breakfast was very good, with a good selection of fresh food, the staff were very good and speak good English, definitely one of the better hotels I'vs stayed in. |

Good location, away from the really noisey part of Madrid. Easy to get to with Metro outside. The decor and the furniture of the rooms is very dated. We could plainly hear what people were saying in the next room. |

The breakfast was excellent and the location was just right. Having wi-fi in the rooms and a nice lounge to use it as well was a plus. I requested a late check out and was denied. This has never happened before in similar hotels. They informed me that they do not "work with late check outs". |

I like a hotel where I feel comfortable and have a feeling of if I have a problem the staff will help me. I had that feeling at this hotel The bar shuts to early. |

We recently stayed here for the Athletico Madrid/Chelsea game. The location is perfect, being situated within walking distance from both the ground and the city. Good value for money. |

Cordial and helpful staff, able to have room early (10:00am), good buffet breakfast, within walking distance of major sites. Room noisy, but due to works on roof (in other words it's only temporary) |

People at he reception are very helpful. The hotel seems to be in a good condition. The entry, the corridors, the carpet etc. looks fine. Take care to be in time to have a table for the breakfast! The breakfast was okay but not more than that. The television is very small and on a wrong position. Sleeping with window open is to noisy. |

Comfortable room, the hotel common spaces were designed very nicely. I had the impression from other comments that the breakfast was something to look forward to, but the contents of the buffet weren`t anything special at all. |

The breakfast, English speaking staff and the close location to the old part of Madris as well as being opposite the Metro station Its looking a bit tired - clean but worn! |

The staff at the airport were able to converse in english which helped a lot as i dont speak spanish. They also provided a map and information of what to do and where to go when in madrid. The room i stayed in was really hot. Apparently its winter time there so the AC had to be off. I even offered to pay for a fan but none was avaliable. |

Location was great for the metro and walking to the sights was really easy, if you are happy for a decent walk. Single room was spacious (as far as single rooms go), clean and secure. Breakfast was quite good too. |

A hidden gem, restaurant Puerta de Toledo served us the best dinner on our two week travel in Spain. Oso buco, sea bass, along with a complimentary pate and after dinner liquor well worth the travel from any hotel in Madrid. The hotel offers basic clean rooms, friendly staff, breakfast buffet, cafes and atm's within walking distance. Good budget traveler hotel. Outdated rooms & hotel. |
