the location

I'm not sure we got the room we booked. Hotel staff said it was not a standard room but a deluxe one. I'm sure they cheated. The room had nothing special.I'm really disappointed

We had a huge room, which was beautiful. However, we probably would not pay the 'asking price' had we not found a bargain online. The decor is nice, it is spotless, and bed very comfortable, the a/c fabulous, the bathroom great, the breakfast interesting and definitely big. Very tasteful.

They need a ramp for suitcases - there is a staircase entry in the front. There is no decent chair in the room if you need to work at the desk or computer. Very very uncomfortable, too high for the desk also, so not practical or helpful in that regard. The breakfast is quite darling, about 20 things on a tray brought to each guest at the table or in the room. However, it is exactly the same every day except for a change in the fruit. We were there 5 days.

Muy buena situación. La habitación y el baño muy confortable. El desayuno aunque no sea buffet, muy completo

Habitación pequeña. Ausencia de personal en la entrada, tuvimos que subir nosotros la maleta hasta la recepción. Cuando nos acompañaron a la habitación, aun no estaba limpia! Eso no es un hotel de cinco estrellas. El desayuno monótono.

Design, localização

Quarto 105 muito barulhento. Teve que se trocar de quarto.

Barátságos, tiszta, jó színvonalú szálloda. Nyugodt helyen fekszik, éjszaka is lehet pihenni, nagyon csendes volt a szobánk

A szoba felszereltsége alapján nem 5*.os volt, hiányzott a fürdősapka, egyéb fürdőszobai készítmények hiánya, a hajszárító kényelmetlenül volt használható,

péssima gestão do serviço de ar condicionado.Dormi ???? a última noite com 26º.Justificação do hotel- que estavam a mudar o ar condicionado de verão para inverno e a partir daí o ar condicionado só fazia calor. Ridículo para quem estava numa suite no andar mais alto e com uma temperatura exterior,de dia, de 28º.Necessário avisar os clientes que viajam de carro que o parking não comporta viaturas com mais de 5 metros, o meu caso.O carro ficou na rua.
