Friendly, helpful staff, great location for exploring Malaga, lovely comfortable room, decent sized TV screen, free coffee and an excellent breakfast( including boiled eggs! ) which you didn't have to get up at dawn to enjoy! Wi-fi connection was weak and unreliable. |

The service was beyond compare. We needed to get bus tickets from Malaga to Madrid. The options were basically telephone and internet, both of which would be a language struggle for us. The staff were wonderful in walking us step-by-step through the online process. It's a little hard to find, off on a small sidestreet with no place to unload from a vehicle outside of the line of traffic. The desk clerk was able to open a covered garage for us to put the vehicle to unload, but it was a bit of a nuisance blocking traffic in the interim. |

Hotel location was very good, close to the bus station for Torremolinos and to the central bus and train station. Sraff at the hotel is extremely helpful, breakfast was rich, products fresh. The hotel has its own parking at a reasonable price. Rooms are clean and spacious there is no option for package breakfast for early check out, so if your plane is early you will miss the breakfast for which you have paid |

The Hotel staff was very friendly and very helpful. They let us check in 4 hours early after our cruise. It was very close to the downtown area and lots to do. Breakfast was good too. |

Great location with extremely helpful staff who responded professionally to our questions. Excellent value for money and close to several restuarants, shops and the hop on hop off bus. Don't be put off by the surrounding buildings it is what is inside that matters, the rooms were clean and spacious and the beds comfy. Shame about the car park which was full when we arrived but we were directed to a public car park which was only fractiionally more expensive than the hotel so was not a problem. |

The location was great, everything interesting like the historical city centre, museums and beach could be reached by feet in a few minutes. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful und the rooms clean. Really good breakfast...saturdays and sundays even until 11 a.m Sometimes it was a bit loud because the walls of the rooms are very thin |

Clean. Near to the city center hotel staff should have known where we could get on the airport bus (they told us ask at the turist information). |

The stuff don't speak english but very helpful. Too much as for the room that kind. However location was perfect. For the next night we found a hotel that was cheaper, while much more nicer,airconditioned, brand new in the heart of Malaga center. |

Staff were friendly. Do not be put off by the local area, as the hotel is very acceptable inside. Good position for city centre & local buses Breakfast area was very small, but did have a reasonable choice of food. |

Very helpful and friendly staff speaking good English. Excellent location, close to the main tourist attractions and to the sea. Well equipped and spacious bathroom. Modest but but tasty breakfast. |

Buona struttura, non lontano dal centro città, facilmente raggiungibile a piedi in pochio minuti. Cordiale lo staff; buono l'arredamento ed ottima ed abbondante la colazione, cosa non sempre scontata in Spagna. |

le quartier est tranquille et situé entre la ville et les terminaux de bus et de train,petit déjeuner copieux et le personnel est aimable a la réception certains employés ne connaissaient que l'espagnol .Par l'aération de la s.d.b on entendait les conversations de la chambre voisine.Si on veut partir tôt pour une excursion,ils n'ont pas de pains av 7h30 on s'est contenté d'un pt déj frugal |

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la gentillesse et la disponibilité du personnel, de même que la situation proche du centre ville. La chambre était correcte et propre. Le seul petit problème était le manque d'insonorisation. |
