Motsvarade våra förväntningar när det gäller mat, service och bekvämlighet.

Bemötande vid ankomsten av personal i foajen. Fick ej de rum vi önskat. Utsikt mot pool och gärna nära varandra, icke rökare. Man borde upplysa om att pool-handdukar måste hyras likaså att eget schampo måste medtagas, trots att vi beställt all-inclusive.Eftersom vi var en familj på sju personer blev det en avgift vi ej räknat med.

hotellområdet var bra, bra avstånd till stranden och till shoppingplatser men om man har besvär med ryggen, lederna osv ligger hotellet ganska högt uppe så man har rätt så besvärlig uppförsbacke att gå men det finns ju taxibilar. variationer med maten var bra eftersom de hade lite olika tema, frukosten var utmärkt, poolområdet var kanon

Ganske en del av personalen som inte var så serviceminded, visade lite nonchalens eller så var det språksvårigheter som gjorde att det inte funkade så som man hade väntat sej...

Bra pris för alll inclusive! Gratis bussar som går till Maspalomas.

Poolen var inte uppvärmd. Den varma maten var inte "varm". Hotellet ligger lite avsides från affärer mm, men taxi är billigt!

the overall appearance of hotel was very nice the pool area was kept very clean and a family atmosphere was apparent.

the rooms should have air conditioning we hired a fan but it was little use as it only circulated the humid air in the room.the food could be varied a little more.

The breakfast and evening meals were tasty and varied. The room was small but adequate. The value for price paid was excellent. The hotel location away from the saturated beach areas was a definite plus.

Staff and facilities were excellent

Allocated a very noisy room where rubbish bins were moved at approximately six oclock every morning and people leaving night club underneath sometimes noisy

The hotel is nice, the rooms are clean, the pool area is nice and the heated pool is an advantage. There are a few restaurants, a supermarket, a pharmacy and a taxi stop near the hotel.

The staff was not very helpful, some were outright rude. The hotel is close to a motorway, so in many rooms you will hear noice. The hotel is quite far from the beach, but the walk is nice, taxis are cheap and there is a free bus three times a day, so it is not such a huge disadvantage.

The hotel is spotless, even the gardens and pool areas.

Loved the room. Gorgeous view of the ocean, lovely balcony. The selection of food for breakfast and dinner was really good - I stuffed my face in the mornings and the evenings. It's a beautiful hotel, btw, walking into the reception area is great and the pool area is gorgeous.

there was no kettle or tea or blow dryer in the room, which surprised me as it was such a nice hotel. My shower was not very powerful, so having a shower was a bit disappointing, and keeping the showerhead in place was a real balancing act as it kept moving up and down. I spoke to others in the hotel but they said they had a really powerful shower so it must have just been mine.

Do hotel em si, do bufet variado e em quantidade, da beleza do hotel. Também é importante o facto de não estar mesmo no centro da cidade de Maspalomas, pois não há tanta confusão. Tem autocarro para a praia. Os quartos são espaçosos e as piscinas para além de bonitas são grandes. Tem uma excelente relação qualidade/ preço.

Não foi o caso, mas em épocas de Verão seria importante o ar condicionado.

Ab und zu war es sehr laut am Abend. Die All Inclusive Gäste waren oft in alkoholisierten Zustand :-(. Das Publikum war nicht so kultiviert, es war aber nicht so schlimm da wir immer am Strand waren. Nur beim Essen hat man es gemerkt!!!
