Ett trevligt och välskött hotell, med vänlig och professionell personal och en fantastiskt fin frukostbuffe. Nej, men de branta backarna, kanske borde påpekas i annonseringen. |

Det var oerhört bra service, bra frukost och oerhört generösa. Kom bl a upp med en flaska champanj på mannens födelsedag. Att de inte tog bort en trasig stol på balkongen, som vi flera gånger fällde ner för att inte skada oss |

Rummet stort och med fin utsikt. Lugnt läge. Balkong och tillgång till pool bra. Gratis parkering på gården. Hiss finns. Vi åt middag en kväll på hotellet och maten var sisådär. Ganska långt till andra restauranger - om man ska promenera. |

Trevlig personal, rymliga rum, mycket bra frukost, egen parkering, välskött pool område med en trevlig utsikt över Palma. Köpcentret Porto Pi som ligger i närheten, har tagit död på alla eventuella små butiker och restauranger i området. Det är väldigt kuperat i området, vilket gör att enkla promenader blir ett lätt ett fyspass. |

Alltid vänligt bemötande! Städat! Lätta förbindelser med staden! Inte illa om, för dom gjorde sitt bästa, men I baren vid poolen hade ni en person som jobbade vilket medförde att hon/han fick det stressigt men dom var otroligt trevliga ändå |

Poolområdet var fint och påkostat, gillar loungetanken. Bra frukost. Bra att pool och bar var öppet så sent som 23 på kvällen. Hjälpsam och trevlig personal. Dålig och långsam hiss. |

Location was great for Palma - away from the noise of the city center but convenient to bus lines for the city and beach as well as easy walking to the shopping center. |

We found hotel comfortable,spotlessly clean,the staff pleasant,courteous and helpful .Excellent 46 bus . breakfast good, evening meal mediocre . |

The atmosphere was good. Not far away from the bus stop. The location was fine to explore the city and make excursions. The info on what to see and poor was rather poor. We had a guide book with us so we didn't have any problems there. |

The room was very spacious and the fridge and kitchen are very handy. The location is good if you intend to stay for several days. We stayed only for two days, and the hotel was not close to the city nor the beach (it is well communicated by bus, though, but the hotels by the beach also have very good bus connection with Palma). |

This is a clea, comfortable, reasonably priced hotel well deserving of it's three star rating. The staff are professional, polite and extremely helpful. Breakfast is excellent given that the hotel is three star. There is nothing to dislike if you are looking for a superb three star hotel and you are able to walk up a steep hill. This is not however a luxury or a boutique hotel. |

Very good value for the rate. Excellent views into Palma from my rooms balcony. Close to the bus stop, very near to large Porto Pi shopping centre which includes large supermarket. Size of my single room was massive. I particularly like that the room includes a refrigerator and plates, cups, knives, forks etc. Staff very helpful and friendly, breakfast is pretty good. Pool area is very pleasant. Really good value. Location is really good for me. Just outside of the centre enough to be quiet but close enough to be convenient for getting into central Palma. The decor of the rooms was not to my taste - very dated with orangey coloured walls. As others have said the hill up to the hotel is very steep If you are not very fit or mobile I'd give it a miss unless you are going to use a car/taxi to get into Palma. |

The helpfulness of the reception staff,whenever we asked for information about the area or where to catch a certain bus they always went out of there way to print off timetables and give directions specific locations. |

Nice room, good breakfast, charming swimming-pool and first of all - very warm, comfortable atmosphere. Highly recommended to romantic couples. Location is perfect to stay - beautiful view and surroundings - but not very easy to get to the hotel for the first time. We recommend to take a taxi to reach the hotel for the first time, and then you may take a bus # 46 to go to Palma historical center or for some times use funicular in the hotel Mallorca nearby. We just loved that place |

Very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast. Nice pool though the water was a little cold. Bus stops just at the bottom of the hill so convenient for going into town and the beaches. |

The welcome was warm and the staff friendly,; the room was spacious and clean; breakfasts well organised and good choice for continental type; a very pleasant pool area and good views over Palma from 3rd floor balcolny. Steep hill to climb at the end of the day! |

We enjoyed our stay and cannot fault anything except room 307 could have done with a new fridge. The staff were wornderful and nothing was too much trouble. We will be returning next year. A great place for a relaxing holiday. |

The hotel staff are nice and polite. The hotel has big rooms with kitchenettes inside. Breakfast nice enough, pool is taken care of and they have relaxing sofas by the pool The balcony view is not that great but acceptable. |
