The thick walls kept the noise of the city out for peaceful nights. The staff was helpful with advise on visiting our next destination. We ate barbecued lamb at a local place North of Madrid and had a great meal. It was helpful having acess to a computer... |

The location is great! Great breakfast..nice people except for one person...rooms are a little small small room, the locked front door that can only be opened by the person at the desk'''annoying! One receptionist offered us a rate when we return, and another receptionist would not offer it.. |

El hotel es muy acogedor y las habitaciones están geniales. Para acceder al ascensor, hay que subir unas escaleras. |

Ótima localização, perto das grandes lojas e das atrações turísticas mais importantes. O café da manhã poderia ser incluído na diária ou ao menos o staff poderia apresentar melhor as facilidades do hotel, como internet gratuita. |

ottima posizione centrale a due passi metropolitana e dalle principali attrazioni di Madrid; la camera sul retro si è rivelata "senza vista" ma "silenziosissima" in una zona dove la confusione della Gran Via e dei locali notturni è altissima. Colazione più che sufficiente , in relazione al prezzo, e cordialità dello staff completano un giudizio positivo. |

Хорошее расположение относительно Gran Via и центральных площадей. Маленький номер, достаточно шумно ночью из-за звуков с улицы. Сантехника не новая, но в нормальном состоянии. Персонал плохо говорит по-английски, вернее не говорит совсем. |

La ubicación es perfecta: muy cerca de la Gran Vía y de la Puerta del Sol El ascensor es pequeño y hay que subir un poco por escalera para llegar a él, solo eso |

Midden in het centrum maar wat gepaard gaat met veel herrie maar door de dubbele ramen hoor je 's nachts niks van de herrie buiten. Keurig verzorgd hotel. De kamer was keurig schoon maar ik heb veel last gehad van huisstoffmijt allergie door zware vloerbedekking en zware gordijnen en stoffige dekens op bed. |

Très bien situé La réception le 21/05/09 vers 12:30. La demoiselle nous a d'abord fait attendre assez longtemps parce que elle faisait quelque chose sur l'ordinateur. Ensuite, elle a été très lente et inefficace. Pourquoi prendre en note ce qu'il y a sur le passeport pendant qu'on est là alors qu'on le photocopie ensuite? |

Petit Hotel sans histoire;ambiance familiale et très conviviale; le personnel est sympatique et accueillant. Peut etre le bruit; à relativiser car l'hotel est situé dans une zone urbaine très bruyante |

La ubicación: céntrica, cómoda, práctica. Las instalaciones: nuestra habitación, reformada, cómoda, confortable, luminosa. Hotel pequeño, trato personalizado. Muy recomendable. Si acaso, que de noche se oía un poco el ruido propio de Gran Vía, pero no impedía dormir. Tengo poco negativo que decir del hotel. |
