H10 Conquistador

I stayed at the Conquistador last week with my boyfriend and we have a very enjoyable stay. We picked this hotel because of the location and the pool looked lovely and we were very pleased on arrival. The hotel is very central, the rooms very clean although a little old fashioned and the staff were lovely. Great value for money.

Breakfast was included and although there was a huge array of food there was a lot I wouldnt eat (and I'm not a fusy eater by any means!). It was satisfactory but not overly impressive. Also the pool area gets very crowded and you have to be up early to get a good sunbed!

Hotel is the BEST located hotel in Las Americas, with beautiful surroundings and interior. It was our pleasure to stay in there, not even talking about the breakfast which was just awesome! Very good pick!

The hallway carpet on every levels are disgusting. The hotel is beautiful, so we dont understand how the management can let the hallways beign such an old dirty and stinky, very ugly carpet. Doesnt fit to that beautiful hotel, at some spots its torn and very disillusive! Wouldnt really cost too much money to change it and not much time neither.

Only probleme that we don't sugest for honey moon because they don't have double bed only 2 bed separated

the room is ok, the swimming pool is nice and big, and it is situated close to the shopping area; La habitacion esta bien, la piscina es grande y buena, y el hotel esta situado cerca de las tiendas

It is situated on first line of the sea, but not the beach, hard to find sunbeds not taken at the pool after 8.30, bad cleanliness at the restaurant and cockroaches, the air condition is central, you have to go out to the terrace to see the sea view, there is no big bed, there are 2 beds gathered; No esta situado en primera linea de la playa solo del mar, poca higiena en el restaurante incluso cucarachas, el aire acondicionado es central, no se puede ver el mar desde la habitacion sin salir a la terasa, nohay cama de matrimonio, sino 2 camas juntadas que se separan

View is fabulous...Very good location...

I didn't like beds,because their are moving.and in the middle of the night there is a gap...

We loved the pools, especially when everyone left for dinner. We had a great view from our room. Very modern.

We did not like the fact that the fridge would not stay cool because the power was cut off everytime one leaves the room. We felt the price for dinner was very expensive.

Fantastic food on half board offer, free champagne and room upgrade to junior suite for our honeymoon. The pool area is like a suntrap and great for nrelaxing and topping your tan up. Accesibility to all that playa de las americas has to offer is great.

Lots of older couples and groups at the hotel wouldnt reccomend to a clubbing holiday but was great for a relaxing break. Also our 'double bed' was actually 2 singles so my new husband often dissappeared down the gap between the 2 beds!!! All in all though a fantastic holiday thanks to all at h10 will return asap!

Good location, good food, no critical (for us) disadvantages.

Partly disassembed power socket - might not be good for children, door to the bathroom did not latch, the key cards require quite an enormous amount of skill to use, queue at the entrance to the restaurant, queue at the exit (!) from the restaurant (they require all drinks to be paid for immediately), all the noises from the corridor can be heard in the rooms.

A vista do quarto, as refeições e a limpeza.

Sala de refeição muito grande e sempre muito cheia. Vi alguns idosos perdidos á procura da sua mesa.

A forma como me responderam quando perguntei se podia fazer o check-out mais tarde uma vez que só precisava de sair do hotel por volta das 15hrs.
