The hotel was centrally located which meant that we could walk to most of the places we wanted to see. Most of the hotel staff spoke english and were curtious and friendly. I booked the hotel four months before our trip, but when we arrived we were told there was a problem with our room, and we had to be split up for the first night, (we were only staying two nights). Our room was a bit cramped for four people, but it was only for one night. The hotel did not have any facilities to occupy young children. |

Nothing..... it was the worst stay ever. The entrance ramp was too steep to pull the luggage. I was given a ground floor room and infront of my window I had the rubbish skip. I complianed but the receptionist did not change my room. At night it was very noisy and couldn't get any sleep apart from the fact that I felt quite unsafe. Room was too small. Recptionist was very impolite. |

proximity to Gran Via, quiet despite being situated close to Gran Via. Fresh fruit left in room at check-in on 5/24 was a nice idea, however, we were unable to consume it that night or the next morning. Food was not collected upon cleaning of the room on Sunday 5/25. I had to dispose of it in a plastic bag. Door lock appeared to have been forcibly opened at one time, though it did work. Not the value for the money. would recommend only after thorough search of hotels |

Central location On arrival shattered glass in front door rang alarm bells. High noise permiability between rooms. Request for tuning of TV for english speaking news channel and for extra pillows was ignored. |

La situación. Desde aquí todo queda cerca (los teatros, los museos, las tiendas,...) La habitación era un poco pequeña para 4 personas y estaría bien que hubieran limpiado el papel de caramelo que había cuando llegamos y que se quedó hasta que nos fuimos en el suelo al lado de mi cama. Lo reconozco, me negué a quitarlo a ver que pasaba,..... |

La ubicación muy buena. que el wi fi no funcionaba en las habitaciones y en el loby habia que reiniciarlo permanentemente para poder comunicarse, ademas en la habitacion que estuve alojada cuando estaba un rato cerrada tenia olor a cloaca |
