Ett bra boende till ett rimligt pris. Hotellet ligger vackert vid hamnen och det är inom promenadavstånd till fin badstrand. Maten var bra och det fanns mycket att välja på bland bufféerna både till frukost och middag. Nej |

The location was excellent right in the heart of the old town in close proximity to the harbour, lots of restaurants and shopping. The standard of cleaning wasn't up to scratch in comparison to other apartment complexes we have stayed in previously in Puerto Del Carmen. A bit more time spent on daily cleaning would go a long way. |

It's location to restuarants, bars, taxi's and airport. The bathroom was extremely shabby, no water pressure in the shower, the bath was well worn (looked like it was dirt) there was no extractor fan(or it did not work) and no window. Dissapointed that we could not have a late check out, the facility provided was very poor. Sunbeds were extremely uncomfortable. We paid a reduced rate for accommodation and felt the soroundings reflected this price however if we had paid the full rate we would have complained. |

The rooms were a good size and were clean and tidy. We were there over the Halloween break, and the complex was not too busy and was good value for money. Some very good Sea Fish Restaurants down by the harbour in the old town. Also check out The Don Rafael Cantina - Texmex restaurant about a mile along the beach avenue. One major problem with the complex was that the pool was too deep - with only a small area for kids. If you weren't a confident swimmer, the shallow end was 1.75 metres! Another problem was the nearest beach was some distance away. Don't leave belongings behind in your room after you check out of the complex - you wont get them back! |

They had small compact apartments which were ideal for people looking to sit by the pool or explore Puerto del Carmen. It was within walking distance of the town. The apartments felt very safe and were comfortable. The bath in the bathroom wasn’t particularly clean but was ok. The fans in some rooms were noisy but maintenance did come to sort that out. Also the steps were hard to climb with a suitcase, but the staff were very nice, and we got help!! |

It wasnt difficult to get a sunbed The fans in the rooms were noisy and ineffective. The entertainment was poor. The shallow end of the pool was 5ft deep. The beds were uncomfortable. There were ants all over the counter tops in the kitchen area. |

location was excellent,food reasonable although a little boring after a week.animation was so bad one had to laugh. entertainment see above. main dislike was the appalling state of the bathroom,enamel worn through on bath,tiling slapdash,paint looking like it had been applied by a blind man. |

Ma cote 7,7/10. Si votre exigence n'est pas le luxe et si vous pouvez faire abstractions des différents défauts, cet hôtel convient parfaitement. Il n'est pas cher.Le petit déjeuné 10/10 très varié et excellent; la literie est correcte; le confort dans les chambres est insuffisant; le personnel d'accueil ignore le français et les renseignements sont médiocres; la piscine est grande et propre mais les abords laissent à désirer; la situation de l'hôtel est excellente. Malgré ces défauts, mes vacances sont réussies. Rapport qualité/prix ok L'hôtel devrait songer à améliorer les abords immédiats de la piscine; de très fines pierres de laves nous collent aux pieds en sortant de l'eau, c'est désagréable. |

De ligging van het hotel was ideaal, vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, lekker en verzorgd eten (dessert was wel eentonig), proper zwembad. Een aanrader in deze prijsklasse! De appartementen waren verouderd (vooral de badkamer) maar wel proper en ruim. De inrichting was basic, maar voor deze prijs kan je echt niet meer verwachten! Zwembad wel diep van in het begin. |

En general muy buen hotel, y a resaltar el personal maravilloso que en el trabaja, en especial la sra de la limpieza muy entrañable , sin hacer a un lado a los de la recepcion, Bueno, los apartamentos estan muy bien pero hace mucho calor, es lo unico |

El desayuno muy completo y la piscina Un error fueron las cucarachas que encontramos alguna noche en el apartamento y que la solucion que nos dieron en recepcion fuera un espray matamoscas |

En cas de besoin, le personnel et toujours là pour répondre à nos attentes, souriant et font des efforts par rapport aux différenceces de langues. le mobilier et la décoration sont très "viellot". Le ménage n'est pas impeccable mais si besoin, ils refont. Gros point noir : pas de drap house élasique... dommage ! |

La grandezza dell'appartamento, la quiete e il basso prezzo. Troppi scalini da salire, pulizia della camera non è quotidiana. Su richiesta alle cameriere ci hanno cambiato gli asciugamani. |

Cerca de la zona del muelle y playa Chica, ya que ibamos a bucear. Oferta de una habitación para cuatro cuando sólo hay dos camas y un sillón cama (dos personas deberán dormir juntas). Encima el sillón es insufrible para dormir por sus lamentables condiciones. |

Lo que más me ha gustado ha sido el personal de instalaciones, es decir, cualquier cosa que pasara en la habitación te la solucionaban muy rápido y se veía mucho interés por parte de ellos. El buffet también me encantó, era pequeño pero con una calidad de comida y de precios muy buena. Otra cosa importante es que tiene mucha ventilación. Hay muchas cosas que no me han gustado, por ejemplo y la más importante es que, el apartamento está muy bien para 2 personas ya que el sofá cama es muy incómodo para dormir, os recomiendo que si vais 4 personas reserveis 2 apartamentos para que podais dormir cómodos en camas. Otra cosa, la nevera y la cocina dan mucho calor, es decir, que por la noche hay que dormir con todo abierto. La nevera, los sofás y sobre todo la ducha estaban en muy malas condicones. |

Barato. Sin descuidar limpieza y mantenimiento. Buena relación calidad precio. Buenas vistas. El mobiliario podría ser más moderno y algunos muebles, si bien no están rotos, podrían renovarse porque se ven viejos. |

La gran piscina. Las vistas al mar y al puerto desde la terraza. La localización en la zona más antigua del pueblo. Las instalaciones están un poco descuidadas, pero son aceptables. |

la recepcionista es muy maja, el servicio muy bueno, la piscina es muy grande... en general muy bien! algunas personas que trabajan en el hotel solo hablan en ingles y eso dificulta la comunicacion si tu no sabes hablarlo...el buffet un poco escaso de variedad... |
