Overall, very good: at the reception they even spoke English. the room was correct, the baby bed was available upon arrival, personnel was friendly, very good situated to visit the town Not really. Parking is a general issue in the center of salamanca. |

very close to plaza mayor and to restaurants/bars triple room was small for three adults. Wifi connection was not available in the room. Bathroom amenities ( soap, shampoo) only for one person every day. |

It was very close to all attractions. We were able to park our car and just walk to the Plaza and cathedrals from the hotel. The price was very reasonable. There are 2 taverns close to the hotel, so it was quite noisy until 3:00AM. |

Location was very good close to the Plaza Mayor. The air con was rubbish. It was 34C during the day and about 25 at night and the air con was extremely weak if working at all. They just made the beds and didn´t wash any glasses or replenish toiletries. |

The hotel is located in the historical centre, very close to everything! Despite of being on the "non-smoking" floor our room smelled a lot of cigarette. There was a bar right next to the hotel which caused a lot of noise in the small hours when people continued the party on the street. The staff at the reception was not very service oriented. A smile would be nice! |

Location of hotel was convenient to Plaza Mayor and other Salamanca sights. Room was adequate with room for 3, but furniture, carpet, and bedding was damaged and stained, making for an unpleasant stay. |

I brought a business package with free wireless internet access, but first I got a room on 5th floor, where there was almost no signal strength. After 2 days (they promised to do if after 1 day) they moved me to first floor. Then the signal strength was ok, but internet speed was awful, and the bedroom was just next to the elevator, so you could hear sliding doors all the time. Add more access points for the wireless internet |

la ubicación esta algo anticuado y la ventana, aun siendo tipo climalit, dejaba entrar bastante frio. Hubo que utilizar toallas para taponar algo el frio. |

Cercanía Despues de tener la reserva hecha con dos meses nos dieron una habitación pequeña, no funcionaba la calefacción en pleno mes de diciembre y lo mejor las vistas, ventana a una escalera de emergencia en el primer piso. |

Buena ubicacion La calefaccion por la noche excesivamente alta, esta ubicado en una zona ruidosa por lo que mejor llevar tapones para dormir y un dia no habia agua caliente para ducharnos |

Habitaciones espaciosas, muy buena atención a los huéspedes y emplazamiento perfecto para recorrer la ciudad a pie. Muy recomendable para escapadas de fin de semana para visitar el centro histórico. Quizá las cañerias hacen algo de ruido, pero nada serio. |

Muy buena situación para conocer el casco histórico. Muy céntrico. Los baños necesitan una reforma y aunque supuestamente tiene reserva de plazas en un parking cercano, cuando llegamos a éste, nos dijeron que estaba completo, aunque viniéramos del hotel. |

Más que nada, el no disponer de parking (el personal recomienda los 2 más cercanos pero son pequeños y suelen estar completos;de todas formas, hay otros 2 a unos 200 m más o menos de distancia -sobre todo,el del hospital de la Stma. Trinidad-,que están bien pero por otra parte son carillos -12 € la noche-).Además, el precio del desayuno,tanto buffet (10 € ) como aparte en cafetería (5 €),es excesivo para un hotel de 3 estrellas,sobre todo teniendo en cuenta el precio total de la habitación sin dicho servicio (53 €). |
