good value for money,plenty to eat and drink.nice roof top bar and spa.entertainment was basic but hey !!! bar staff were good up to other h top hotels. location location location very few local bars or shops ( down a steep hill ) |

Positiv: good site of hotel near to a beach. Negative: often the conditioner does not work, and when works - smells as a musty smell! Glass glasses in a bar very dirty. Different numbers open one key - change locks. Repair a central air - two years ago was the same! Tell to cleaners, that it is wrong to put towels for the person in a bidet! |

Lunch and Dinner are much better than breakfast, which is limited to English breakfast choices... no yogurts at all! Nice small quite beaches in 5 min. walk. The hotel is full of loud English kids and the rooms have very poor sound proof. The rooms at ground level are awfully old and very lound. Changed for the top floor, there it was OK for the money paid. |

The staff were very unpleasent and the pool area was too crowded every day. I will not be returning or reccomending this hotel to others. Yes the staff ,pool area and the food being the main topics. |

we found the hotel clean and adequate for our short break,facilities were ok, the rooftop solarium and jacuzzis lovely as we said above the hotel and food was very good.however we checked out after one night,because a group of youngish lads arrived,and completely ruined the atmosphere.they came onto the roof, seemed determined to drink the bar dry.(all inc obviously),their language was disgusting,and they drove all the mature couples away.we told the staff but nothing was done so we left and moved to another... |

the attentiveness of the staff was excellent as always. this has been my fifth stay at the hotel, and has been perfect every time. no, everything was at least satisfactory and in most cases above excellent |

I had family problems and the staff where very sympathetic and found another room for my privacy,with a lovely view, there was a problem with the telephone :& plumbing and they immediately sent the in house maintenance man who was also very polite to remedy the situation stag & hen parties where a bit raucous |

it looks good as u walk into reception. and it was clean. food was horrible. first two nights were ok but then the last two we could not sleep as all we could here all night was drunken people shouting and swearing until 10.00 am in the morning, i definatley would not recommend it as a family hotel. |

My 1st time AI & the lunch&dinner choices were fantastic.Breakfast was mayhem;unorganised/poor attention to self-service hot drinks&toast making facilities (long ques-not enough space) disgusting hot food available.However Very,very helpful/informative/courteous staff...a pleasure to be served by all inc.my daily maid who was always singing and chirpy. The hot drinks machine (1 of) at breakfast served only 2 drinks at a time....thus each person looking to collect at least 2 drinks had a very long infuriating wait.I only went to breakfast twice as the mayhem and confusion and waiting around stressed me out before my day had even started!The table staff were a bit quick at clearing the table before you had finished your breakfast. |

hotel assez près de la plage des voisins anglo saxons très bruillants, on entend tout d'une chambre à l'autre ainsi que depuis le couloir.La nourriture est grasse et très basique. Petit déjeuner peu appétissant. Bouteille d'eau 50cl à 1,5€ ! |

pués no puedo decir k la estancia haya sido agradable porque mentiria. Es mas después de venir cansados d Port Aventura, llegamos sobre las 12,30h d la noche, a la cual éramos tres personas d estancia en la habitación, cuando nos tenia preparado dos camas solamente. Bajamos y s lo digimos al Recepcionista y nos dijeron k subirian hacernos la otra cama, tardaron bastante en subir. Subió un chico del hotel, porque se supone k a esas horas d la noche no hay chicas d limpieza,nos montó la cama y nos dijo que la hiciéramos nosotras k no habia nadie. patético muy mal yo creo k con esto lo digo todo. l siento sobre todo para mi familia k no estubimos nada confortable, es en el último sitio donde iria a parar otra vez. saludamente: ;Maria Montes |

Nada. Me parece incluso caro para el servicio ofrecido. Insisto la limpieza brilla por su ausencio. El único dia que se limpió el hotel sería el día que se hicieron las fotos, por que el piso sale reluciente. En general el mobiliario y las instalaciones son de finales de los 60. |

Sí. A las pocas horas de acostarnos vimos que en nuestras camas habían unos bichos pues teniamos picores y resulta que eran garrapatas y al día siguiente no nos arreglaron la 2ª habitación (lo tuvimos que hacer nosotros y con las mismas toallas). |

La limpieza era pésima. Unos compañeros que viajaban con nosotros tenían la habitación llena de caparras. La bañera estaba sucia, el suelo de la habitación también. Te se pegaban los zapatos en el comedor. En fin 0 en cuanto a limpieza. |
